Course Curriculum Overview
I chose information technology as my course. And I think programme and coding is very important when we think about real world. Even though AI is increasing but who creates the AI. Programars only. That's why I chose information technology.
Internships Opportunities
Recently a company named VI. Conducted a event in our college for internship opportunity and all other things. Companies like VI comes to our college for internship events and opportunities but rarely students apply for it.
Placement Experience
Placement in my college is good cause the Sinhgad group conducts together placement. Companies like Infosys come to our college for placement. And if one didn't get placement from college he or she can try off-campus placement by improving their skills.
Fees and Financial Aid
My college fees are 120000 but I've to pay 11000 due to the reservation. Along with college, I do some courses. Which costs me around 50000. I agree investment is more but the output is also more. I get more money as an information technology engineer.
Campus Life
Sinhgad festival is like an annual function in our college. Which is generally held in January or December. Then tech tonic is also one of the festivals which is generally held in February. Then there is a club called Art Circle. Which conducts various events and also participates in the competitions like Karandaks.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are like average here. There are 4 students in a room with an attached bathroom and washroom in it. Mes food is also average. There's no mess on Sunday night. You may have to eat outside. And they claimed to have wifi here. But personal experience there is no wifi.
Admission
One should score more than 45% on the 12th board. And for entering this college one has to take a CET or JEE. I've given CET. And with the 84 percentile, I entered in this blog. And we have to submit all our documents while getting an admission.
Faculty
Faculty to students ratio will be something 100:1. Some of the faculties are really good but most of the faculties aren't. They don't teach appropriately. All they think is lectures are important and nothing else. I interact with teachers very often. For assignment submission and all.
