Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is a bit outdated for my batch but the university has updated the curriculum for the junior batches and they seem fantastic. Only the second midterm exam is held as an open-book exam. first midterm and end sem exams are all normal examinations. Projects for each subject need to be submitted in each semester so that is a plus.
Internships Opportunities
There are various categories of internship opportunities available. the students of the prefinal year are allowed to prevail this opportunity. the college does a good job of bringing companies for the internships.
Placement Experience
the students of the 7th semester are eligible for college placement. For internships the students of the 6th sem are eligible. The average package is around 6lpa and the highest package last year was 16lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
when I joined the fee structure was almost around 4lacks for btech but in the following years the university gained NAAC A+ accreditation from the UGC and they increased the course fees to 6lacks. Financial Aid is available in which the student can pay the fee over the course of 12 months instead of paying for each semester.
Campus Life
the annual fest is named "PANACHE 13" generally held in the month of March. there are other events organized such as the "VICTORS CUP" "PROJECT EXHIBITIONS" and "HACKATHONS" and festivals. The availability of books are very high and wide but they only have a few copies of each book. The sports in this university is great there's seperate coach for each and evry sports and they go for tournaments all the time. there are a wide range of clubs available for every student to join.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel rooms normally consist of a godrej, table, chair, and bed for every student. the quality of the hostel mess food is pretty average. there are rooms and flats available near the college but its best if you get your vehicle to commute because of the scorching heat you cannot walk to college in summer.
Admission
Generally, there is an Entrance Exam for admission. All the application forms, application fees, and dates are available on the university's official website, All the application process can be done online and the entrance exam will be virtual. The difficulty of the exam is generally on the easier end.
Faculty
The faculty members are all young and are equally qualified they are great with students they provide great mentorship to every student. they are very approachable and they are always there to help you.
