Course Curriculum Overview

I am pursuing computer engineering and many other courses are also offered by poornima college and it is affiliated by Rajasthan university. And the course is decided by RU only. We didn't find any difficulty in it

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Internships Opportunities

companies like Infosys, Tcs, Microsoft, Amazon provided internship to the student with average package of INR20LPA and minimum 3.5LPA. Every student in 5 semester is having opportunity to take part in interview

Placement Experience

Placement started in 6 semester because this course is of 4 years and Placement package is INR 20.LPA . Companies like Infosys , Microsoft, Tcs, Amazon etc came for placement and selected student on the basis of their interviews

Fees and Financial Aid

Campus also provide internship and placements. The fees structure of a year is INR 125000 LPA which included lab activities, sports and other things. Scholarship is based on the percentage criteria. You have to pay for exam fees every semester

Campus Life

Aarohan is the cultural fest that happened every year in the month of february and march in which many cultural programs are performed and sports competition are also conducted. Many singers and actors also come in the university for promotional purposes.

Admission

Entrance exam will be conducted and reap counseling session was conducted during admission. Only science stream 12th pass out student is eligible for this course and who is having maths in 12th with science

Placement of my college is decent for technical branches (Cs,It) it has decent but for core branches(petroleum, civil ) it has quite good placements. From 6th semester you are eligible for campus placements. Highest package is 44Lpa and lowest is 3Lpa

Placement Experience:

The placements cell try their best to get as many students placed as they can.many companies visit us including celebal, tcs and I don't know about the percentage but it's pretty good not everyone will get the placement but yes who have time to their studies will definitely get one.the average package is around 5lakh per anum ctc it can go upto 25 to 30.lakh based on your knowledge entirely

A complete average College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

A balanced blend of learning , growth , and opportunity at GMEC Ajmer

Placement Experience:

Campus palcements at GMEC Ajmer are quite good, especially foe CSE and core branches. Students become eligible for placement grom the 7th semester, and many companies visted the campus every year. Some of the prominent recruiters includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys, capgemini, cognizantand tech mahindra among others. Highest package varies every year (in 2025 it goes to 13 lpa) Average package: Ranges between 3.5 to 5 lpa Approxi,ately 80-85 5 of eligible students got placed, especially those from technical backgrounds with good coding and communication skills. Some students also go for off-campus drives or pursue higher studies like M.Tech or MBA. As for my plans, after completing the degree, I aim to either get placed in a reputed IT company or pursue higher studies depending on the opportunities available and personal career goals.
