Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is asper latest guidelines of ugc. Theory and laboratory curriculum is excellent for real world applications. Sessional tests of 30 marks are held weekly after one month of semester and end semester exams are held of 70 marks

Maulana Azad internship, science technology engineering mathematics internship are Major internships which are there for science students of bachelors degree. Students even get stipend during these Scholarships collaborates with US too

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for campus placements from 6th semester. In bachelors of science course placement is very less and hand full companies come for placement. My plan after getting the degree is to go for masters programme

Fees and Financial Aid

Overall fees for the bachelors of science programme is approximately 20-25 thousand for all the course which includes examination fees, hostel fees, lab fees and other miscellaneous charges. Time to time scholarships are announced by the college. Job opportunities are offered after internship

Campus Life

There are almost 3-5 fests every month despite of exams or anything. Aligarh Muslim University has the largest library in a university across Asia. With thousands of books. Various grounds are there for outdoor sports and are very well maintained. Aligarh Muslim University also has a horse riding club

Hostel Facilities

There are 2 seater, 3 seater and 4 seater rooms for students. The hostel fees is 2000 per year which is included in the fees Mess charges are 1400 per month which includes breakfast lunch and dinner. Pg are available near campus

Eligibility is atleast 50 percentage in 12th or equivalent level course. Application forms are available on internet between Feburary to March every year. Reservation is offered on basis of sc, St, obc or child of alumni or employees

Placement Experience:

Lucknow University does not have very strong campus placements for B.Sc students, as most companies prefer professional or technical courses like B.Tech or MBA. However, a few job fairs and placement drives are organized where companies from education, sales, and basic research roles visit. The placement opportunities usually start after the 5th semester. The average package offered is quite low compared to other professional colleges, and only a small percentage of students get placed through campus. Most B.Sc students prefer to go for higher studies like M.Sc, B.Ed or prepare for competitive exams such as SSC, Bank, UPSC, State PCS, etc.
