Dislikes
- The infrastructure can be improved as their are not many clean washrooms in the campus
- The security of students needs to be considered as their have been many incidents of fights and disputes inside the college campus
- There is not much room for students who play sports other than cricket
Course Curriculum Overview
I have always been interested in human anatomy and physiology specifically but as i could not get into medical zzology was the second best option for me The curriculum consists of everything required to be studied and necessary for future references The exams are conducted timely and the difficulty level depends on the subject and faculty but generally its moderate to hard so be prepared Laboratory methods and practicals are inculcated into the curriculum for better understanding of the students
Internships Opportunities
As of now i do not have have any internships or hob offers but the college does provide helo with tge summer internahips offered by big institutes such as IIT , NCBS banglore, IISER etc The summer internships are only for the students who have cleared their 2nd year
Fees and Financial Aid
The college does provide scholarships to the students belonging to OBC, ST/SC, etc. As i come under no category my fee is 14390 per year which needs to be paid at tge beginning of tge sem There are not much job placements through the college but the college does help in project making and development
Campus Life
The annual fest of college namely URMEE is great event for socialising with new people throughout the campus Other than this there are many clubs run by students such as kalamandal, debate club, calyx and many more Auditions and selections take place for all the sports
Admission
The eligibility is 12th paas from any board The application forms are released on the official website of the college after some days of 12th results The application fees is generally around 200 to 300 Their are reservations for categories There is no entrance exam and tge admission is based on 12th percentage
Faculty
The faculty in our department is highly educated and knowledgable Each if them pays attention to every stydent and make sure that everyone understands the concept As the class size is smaller one-to-one discussion wuth every student takes place during tge lectures and the lectures are quite interactive The faculty can improve on their vocabulary as not all students can understand hindi or marathi
