This college is the only central university on Chhattisgarh.It stands out every other college in chhattisgarh. The NAAC rating of GGU is A++. All this makes it a easy choice for any student . I had applied to many other central university of other states and I got confirmed seat in them except the DUs so I choose the my home state college as it was near my home . I was unable to get seat in DU as my CUET score was not that much . I had not prepared for the CUET examination because I was preparing for my SSB interview. I could have done well. To get admission in UG in GGV we have to give CUET - UG examination which is taken by NTA which is accepted by all central university and DUs including BHU . Students passing their 12 exam are eligible to aplly. After giving the CUET examination we had to register in the GGV site for registration in the desired stream . I had given jee in 2024 and my rank was not that good to get into good branches in NITs. I was not financially good which was a reason for not choosing private college so I chose this college over other gftis as it was central government with A++ accreditation and fee is affordable ....Read More

This was the best college I was getting on the basis of my jee mains marks I had dreamt of going into some good nits or iits and I think what went wrong is my preparation . I had given the name of other gftis also like sliet punjab then bits but I got this in csab counselling. The admission process was simple then I had already paid the fees in counselling I just had to go for physical reporting after counselling then got admission and continued classes and for this college u have to give jee mains and should secure atleast 92 percentile for general...Read More

Admission process is through CUET, both for UG and PG, the selection process is quite well. The factor or me to choose this university was it's proximity to my home town.
