Likes

The college staff is well educated as well as very intelligent in their specific subject
Some of the professor's are chairman of the respective subject at University level
Good infrastructure and facilities also supports sports and curricular activities

Dislikes

Nothing to say as such everything is almost good
Non teaching staff and canteen can be better

Course Curriculum Overview

Speaking about the truth, half of the cource curriculum is out dated. Many things are irrelevant. Many technologies have upgraded beyond the syllabus. But due to elective subjects and honours subject we can coup up wit time

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

It is compulsory to pay the fees in first installment eveve you pay ?125000. The principal dosent allows you to take admission without it. Also if you are allowed pay it in installments you are granted with only 2 of them and have to pay the next within 3 months. Also during this time college will have a signed cheque with the remaining amount filled in it for safety, as if a student is going to run away without paying it.

Campus Life

There are various clubs and organisations in the college. Three club have participated in various national level project competition and have banged AIR 1,2,3. Even in smart India hackathon. I was member of ev building team

Admission

The process was sinple . Staff as well as the senior student volunteers help you at every step even the fill your form and take care of your admission till completion of the process. Also staff assistant is also supportive

Every professor is expert of the respective subject and few of them represent the college on University level ast the chairman of the respective subject. Although few of them lack to convey their knowledge effectively to the students

Why I Chose PCCOE: A Student’s Perspective on Academics and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

For 5th semester students become eligible for internship (stipend based)...And from 7th semester for placements. TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, Wipro, Tech Mahindra – for software roles Larsen & Toubro, Honeywell, Siemens, KPIT, Bosch, Persistent Systems – for core engineering roles (ENTC, Mechanical, IT) Other startups & IT product companies also visit for internships and full-time offers. Highest Package: Around ?24–28 LPA (mainly for CSE/IT students in product-based companies like Goldman Sachs, Amazon, TCS iON, etc.) Average Package: Around ?4.5–6 LPA for core and IT companies, and ?3.5–5 LPA for ENTC students. Each year, over 90% of CSE/IT/ENTC students get placed. Branch-specific placements may vary: CSE usually sees 95–98% placements, ENTC around 85–90%, and other branches slightly lower. The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

Placement Experience:

our college has motorsports clubs so if you are in those clubs you will get very high reputation while the placements. one concern you have to consider is that the will have total 3 campus for the placement drives so the crowd is very high.

Placement Experience:

From semester 6 students can sit for internship drives in college. Companies like BMC, Rapid7, TCS, Capgemini, Accenture ,Barclays visit our college, mostly the hire for SDE role and give traning to selected students. Highest package is 61 LPA and average is 7-8 LPA. Percentage of students getting placed vary each year. I am planning to sit for placement.

My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placements from the seventh semester. Many Mass recruiters offer jobs to students in our college, some of them being- TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, ICICI Lombard and Capgemini Ai. The average package offered is a around 6LPA and usually the highest package is about 12LPA. Around 65-80% of the students get placed directly from college. I plan to pursue a career in my field after graduation.

I ended up picking this college over the others I applied to for a bunch of reasons.
