- The teaching faculty is really good and interactive i didn't expect such motivative teachers who were really interested in teaching us rather than just taking a class and leaving
- The activities like seminar workshops, BLS , acls workshop, Assignments, research,college magazines
- Extracurriculars are good too we have sports week Cultural activities fest yearly
Dislikes
- Hospital infrastructure needs an update soon
- Many machines aren't working well which is a menace at times
- Stipend is not given to internship which is common around all the medical colleges
Course Curriculum Overview
For our batch there has been several changes in the curriculum as the question paper pattern changed . In final year it changed to mcqs being a part of it . Subjects are vast are more practical based curriculum is made now which enhances our hands on experience
Internships Opportunities
It's been great upto now as the PGs are really friendly and interactive,made really good friends are learning from them a lot . Learning surgical and medical skills along with dealing patients. All the departments have a good healthy bond between them
Fees and Financial Aid
Being a government quota seat student in a private college my college fee has been 70k per year and i recieve scholarship so it's been down to 10k per year which has been quite affordable but the other costs such as hostel n all have been higher
Campus Life
In our college here's equal focus on learning medical knowledge, skills , research, workshops and along with this there's extracurricular activities like sports week Cultural activities and fest that happens every year which is a huge success always. It's been great balancing both studies and extracurricular in this college
Admission
It's based on NEET results . In 2019 the cut off was lower than now . The counselling process is now made online which is really convenient for everyone. All the information will be posted on the main website timely through which we can access all the updates. I had minority reservation which made it a bit higher chance of getting a seat in this college
Faculty
The faculty is really good and interactive, since first year we had great teachers who were always encouraging us to learn either in the classrooms or during the posting hours in the hospital. Have learnt a lot as the student teacher communication gap is low . The doctors are quite approachable and great teachers
