My Time in VIT

So our college is an autonomous institute so it has the ability to design it's own curriculum.College has used the ability wisely and designed a perfect curriculum for future engineers.They have kept only the things that are relevant.

Yes our college provides internships for students.Our placement cell works for that.I think there is an interview for internships.While taking to some of the seniors they told that they have got internships with stipends.

Our college conducts on-campus placements for student from 6th or 7th semester.Companies like Jio, TCS, AWS, etc.visit our campus to hire freshers.Last year around 85% of students were placed.The highest package went was about 37LPA.So placements are good.

So the current fees for GENERAL is around 1.5Lakhs,which maybe not super affordable but worth the investment.There are also various scholarships and one can apply for them as per there caste status.So the fess is deducted around 50% for most of the castes but for some special ones less than 50%.

So overall campus life if very awesmome and happening.There are a lot of students-runned clubs and events in which students can enroll.There is also a nice library and study place for students.The classrooms and labs are also very good.Projectors,nice desktops,etc

Actually i was alloted the college from the CET website. After allotment i went to the collge with my documents and then completed the admission process there.Around 1/2 - 1 hour was required for the admission process and the admission management was also good.

The faculty members are really nice and teach very well.So in VIT we have a concept of my-timetable in which you can select your own teachers.They all are really nice mentors as well.They assure that you understand everything.The student ratio is about 1:60 for theory lectures and 1:20/30 for lab sessions
