Course Curriculum Overview
I've had the opportunity to study in the Media and Communication department at our college, and I must say that the curriculum is well-designed and executed. The focus on practical-based learning allows us to gain hands-on experience, which is incredibly valuable. However, with so many options and courses, it can be overwhelming at times.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees ate reasonable but it does not come with any scholarships as the course in non-aided in nature. There are no campus employment opportunities due to the multi-faceted structure of the vocational course.
Campus Life
The campus life is good in terms of people and social gatherings. You get to know about your field from learned and experienced people though they can be your batch mates. Fest organization gives you an hand-on experience to handle many things making it a good social exposure experiment.
Hostel Facilities
The Hostel facility is not that good. Although you get your separate room but it is all that is good there. The mess food is bearable. Sometimes you face problems in basic necessities and hence can create a havoc in your overall comfort.
Admission
The admission procedure was easy and a simple merit-based procedure. They only consider the HSC percentage which makes it clear that no separate entrances are taken. The only difficulty I faced was they give a very less time to complete the post-admission documentation process and at times it can get difficult for faraway students.
Faculty
Our faculty is exceptional, comprising learned, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals who excel in teaching and mentoring. Approachable, available, and cooperative, they provide expert guidance and support to ensure student success.
