Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course curriculum is well desinged. But there are some problems. Like, the computer science students also need to study subjects like mathematics, physics, chemistry, civil engineering, mechanical engineering etc. subjects which are of no use to a student who opted computer science. The curriculum is not desinged for real world projects in computer science. You can't get ready to develop the real world software just by going through the curriculum. You will have to get extra trainings and courses for learning to work on real world softwares.

Internships Opportunities

4

Many companies visit the college every year. Those companies firstly offer a internship opportunity, and then it is converted into a PPO. I can't name those companies but nearly 70 companied visited Acropolis last year and offered decent packages to students.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placements of the college are decent. Almost 80 percent students of Computer science branch get placed every year. The students get eligible to sit in campus placement once they are in 6th semester. Around 70 companies visited last year for offering campus placements to students at Acropolis. My plan is also to do a job as a Software engineer.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee increases by 10 percent every year. My complete cost of education is around 5 lakhs. Many types of scholarships are available such as Medhavi, OBC, SC/ST scholarships etc. Campus placements are good. Many companies visits college every year.

Campus Life

4

My overall experience with campus life is pretty good. The infrastructure of the college is well equipped. Labs are excellent. AICTE Idea Lab is also present at Acropolis. Sports facilities lack somewhere in this college but not too bad, one will get enough exposure to sports. Many clubs are present at Acropolis which enhance the social skills of the student. Also, the library is very well equipped at Acropolis.

Admission

One should have a score of minimum 85 percentile in JEE mains for getting admission in Computer Science branch. The seats are alloted only on the basis of MP DTE counselling. Some amount of reservations are available for SC, ST and OBC candidates. JEE mains entrance exam is conducted twice in a year.

Faculty

5

The faculties at Acropolis are top-notch. They are respective subject experts. Faculties are friendly and it is easy to approach them for whatever help needed. They are always ready to help us whenever needed. Daily interactions takes place between faculties and students. Classes are scheduled daily. Overall, a very nice experience with the faculty members.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If i talk about my specific aspect my brother recomment this college for me and as per of my jee scoure 47374 rank this what i get and i forget to apply for Internal branch change thats why this is how i end up . Curriculum is impressive but it good as in there imagination as its not good in real life. If they apply thing perfectly it really help in personal improvement and overall college performance. They should provide more clubs activity and practical soft skills activity as compare to there tight curriculum of constant memorizing courses I score a really good score not difficult that much and have no complain in frequency and timing but there is a story my IT course they faculty fails to complete my 2 units so in end sem i have to prepare it by my own in 10 days from scratch

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it 6/10 because first year subjects and all are mostly unnecessary i guess. Its not required that much. There should be more focus on coding and problem solving in college which is often neglected.frequency and timing are fine of exams.

Yes that is true there is placements happened but average and low placement ratio there is because of students skills but for employability you can placed out of campus that is good option . After getting degree did mtech was good or other government like exam there was option and also out of campus placement with enough skill demand is a better option more than college placements

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate as comparatively less companies visits every year. Number of students for placements are more and companies visits are less that cause less placement ratio for on campus. Moreover upto the end of 8th semester almost 80% of students get placed both including on campus and off campus. My plan is to get a job after graduation.
