- As our campus is open to all. It creates a big safety issue for us.
- Hostels are really old. Although new hostels are in progress and they are good.
- No airconditioner in classroom. No transport facility for students from hostel to Departments or Lecture hall.
Course Curriculum Overview
The subjects taught in our course are very diverse. We have 48-50 subjects in total which gives a vast experience in every field of study. In the first year we were taught Various workshops which gives us a touch of engineering work in the very first year itself
Internships Opportunities
Every year in the months of July just after the sem break is over. Various companies from various domains visit the campus with internship opportunity . Almost 1/3rd of the college strength grabs the internship oncampus.
Placement Experience
Campus placement is decent. almost 300+ companies visited our campus last year with the average package of the college standing at around 18 lakhs per annum. Companies from various domains come for the placement
Fees and Financial Aid
So basically if you're a student whose family income is less than 1 lacks then you will get a 100% tution fee waived. Sc/st students get full fee remission . Students having family income between 1-5 lacks get a remission of 2/3 of their academic fees
Campus Life
As our campus is located in the spiritual capital of India..we also do have a Temple(VT ) in our campus. The clubs and societies are very active and senior junior interaction is also very good as our campus is ragging free
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are good now. Well equipped with common rooms, big lawns, study room. Mess food is the best among all the IITs. Rooms are spacious enough to accommodate 2 students. Each hostel has a night canteen which is open till 3 am.
Admission
I appeared for the jee advanced exam and after I qualify the exam I applied for jossa counselling through which I grabbed a seat at IIT BHU. So basically out of 14 lakh students who appeared for jee mains 1.5 lakhs qualified for jee advanced and further only 15 thousand students made it to IIT. The admission process was very smooth so I didn't have any problems while the admission
Faculty
We're 120 students in a class. The class is huge and the proofs are very interactive in nature so students' proff interaction is good. I often interact with my proofs whenever required personally or academically.
Interview Experience
We faced the exam called JEE( Mains and Advanced) to get admission in the college. This exam consists of physics chemistry and Mathematics of class 11th and 12th. The exam is being conducted in online mode.
