- Placement nunbers are great really great in my college and reputed companies like CG, Bosch , ABB , IFB , Cognizant, Nvidia , Texas Instruments, Airtel , and many more come here to recruit students.
- Staff members are well qualified and in my branch many of them are PH.d holders .
- Overall campus is good and have good access to all the labs and AICTE lab .
Dislikes
- The behavior and over strictness of the teachers can be annoying at times.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was always interested in Electrical and Electronics branch's of Engineering so I had to choose Electrical Engineering. The course has significantly updated and new concepts are been added which are relevant to technologies . The course should eliminate the subjects which are not required. The frequency of exams is fast must be reduced a bit and backlog exam timetable is worst.
Internships Opportunities
We can avail internship from AICTE lab of the college not much of the opportunity is provided here, companies like ABB offer exclusive 1 year internship to KK Wagh college students , no companies give stipend to the inters but they give certificates and we get very good experience in these companies.
Placement Experience
The placements offered here are decent almost 80 students from my department are placed with average package of 4.5 to 5 LPA , the training and placement department works quite well and is proficient. Companies like CG , CG power , Bharti Airtel , ABB , Mittal , ElectroMech etc Hire from electrical department Highest package is offered by ABB which is 8 LPA and lowest offered by some companies are 3 LPA .
Fees and Financial Aid
General category students pay from Rs. 125000 to 140000 and there are government scholarships available for students to opt for and timely there are scholarship introduced from various institutes and the most famous is Japanese Scholarship.
Campus Life
The number of expert lecture conducted are quite well and club events are also encouraged by the college and sometimes funded by college to National Level events are organized by the college where students all over India participate, the infrastructure is quite well and we can have hands on experience to many facilities AICTE lab etc.
Admission
The eligibility of the Course was JEE mains score and MHT CET score ,most of the students visit college for application and for related works . There are definitely reservation benefits in the college for all SC, ST , NT , OBC , Army quota , female quota , Jammu Kashmir quota etc. The difficultly level of the exams are moderate and frequency of exam is high Online admission process can be improved and fee payment structure too.
Faculty
Most of the faculty members are PHD holders and others have atleast qualified M.Tech and the way of teaching is very unique , the faculty members are very passionate in their job and are always open to clear the doubts they are also very supportive towards the extra Co curriculum, sometimes their over strict behavior which is unnecessary can be disappointing , but over all the review is good . The teaching experience of the teachers helps alot.
