K.C DAS COLLEGE A SMALL REVIEW

I wanted a course that properly aligned with my career goals as I am alo persuing CS course. The b.com course is a well crafted course as it teaches us all the required things to deal with while going to the real world. The course can be a bit more practical than theoretical approach. It feels like the course is designed just to pass without actually teaching us in actual practical and real world situations. There ar 2 exams per semester one is sessional and one being the main exam that us the end semester examination.

The fee is very less as compared to private colleges as yearly admission fee is only 5,350. There ar other expenses like exam form and registration. The approximate complete cost for 3 years(6 semesters) is arround 20-25 thousand. The college and the government has provided with many scholarship opportunities to many students ranging from 10 thousand to 1.5 lakhs. Campus employment also takes place in the college but chances are very less.

Pur college has many events including the college week, freshers, farewell, and other mini events like bihu, Saraswati puja etc Our classrooms are not that advanced and it needs improve in many areas. Our campus is also very small which minimises the chances for students to get into sports activities.

The eligibility criteria for our college was to pass in all subjects in class 12 and have a standard percentage. The cut off of our college was 70% Our college has a website where the whole form fill up, application, and registration takes place. Our college releases a merit list stating the names of the students that are eligible. Then admission tales place physically in the college campus

The teacher to student ratio in this college is not that great as there ar many students as compared to the teachers but it has almost bever created a problem for fhe management. The faculty approaches the student with proper care.
