you can get admission through jee mains, and as well as board percentage basis, if your percentile is 80 then you can get computer science engineering in gcet, and if your 12th marks are 85% then you can get cse,

Course Curriculum Overview

my course that is mechanical engineering is very good, the faculty is good, i came here because the mechanical department favulty is good and i have interest in mechanics and automation, you will get oppurtunities in mechanical.

Internships Opportunities

you dont have much internship oppurtunities, you have to find your own, and sometimes college help us for intership in small companies, there are bery less internship and placement oppurtunities for core companies

Placement Experience

from 3rd sem, students are eligible for placements, highest package is 60 lakh per annum and average is 5-6 lakh per annum, you can get decent packages after graduating if you are serious about study.

Fees and Financial Aid

the fees for 1 year is 115603 rupees, in first year you have to give whole 115603 rupees together, then from 2nd year you have to give semester wise, half fees and you can get scholarship if your family income is less than 2 lakh rupees, you will get 50% scholarship.

Campus Life

campus is quite average not so big , but it is good, and the unifest is the biggest fest of north india that is held here, many books are available in library, and college provide much extra curricular activities, and you can join clubs, clubs are actively running, and are good.

Hostel Facilities

i am in the campus hostel and i am in 3 seater room, and you get a bed chair study table and an almirah, and basic amenities like wifi, you can buy your own cooler in summers, there are jo restrictions, and mess food is okayish, not very good, you can pay the hostel fees when you take admission

mostly the prof have done phd, and have experience of years, if you want to study then you should definately opt for this college. there is not much attendence issue, 60% is is okayy, aleast you have to maintain 60% attendence

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Reality of Galgotias University

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Recently Infosys visited our college, however the average and highest package was not yet declared but we have heard rumours that the highest package is somewhat around 30 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 65%. My plans after getting this degree is applying for external placements as well.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The rate of my branch was quite high because I am in CSE AIML and future is totally depends on it that's why i select this branch. The College provide 100 percent to you for makeing you a winning horse in it sector but you will be initiated from your side.the most bad things is In first normal classess are going on like 12 and that is not good.some extra curricular activities is not happen in this college .they should be focus on this points. Galgotias College: A college that underwhelms you in every way but never allows you to complaint.

I also applied to its affiliated college galgotias university because I heard about horrors of aktu. But didn't opt for it because the crowd on gu is actually considered really bad. GCET gives admission through UPTAC counselling through aktu. You have to appear for JEE and secure a rank of at least 2 Lakhs if you're from UP and want top CS branches....Read More

Insights of GCET

At the time of counselling, GCET is my 3rd preference as I have properly researched about it and matches with my eligibilty criteria as well. I have also applied for JIIT Noida, but couldn't able to get CSE branch. However, In greater noida, comparing to other private colleges, GCET is much better option because of its location, fee structure, campus size. Admission process happened through AKTU counselling, also 15% seats researved for direct admission as well. College is like other colleges in terms of placement but attendance in not a big issue giving more time to work on skill
