Course Curriculum Overview

3

This curriculum I will not say this one is bad but it's difficult to cope , yeah then what to expect in an MBBS study It is based on CBME which is followed all over india We have regular tests and final university exam The syllabus is vaster than you think

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is absolutely low as this is a government medical college you can get a fee as low as possible It is variable for each year and an approx we can get 12000 per year This excludes other expenses such as book fees which nearly equivalent to the academic fee

Campus Life

4.5

Here in Stanley, there is various sorts of club activities available They give more importance to sports, I am a member of the volleyball team at Stanley We have sports meet, cultural and various academic events

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel is good for a level, you can't expect a high level of facilities for a level of government college It is nice There is no compensation in terms of food it's really nice. There is non-veg provided for 5 days a week

Admission

The admission is really complicated with an simple entrance exam which is difficult to write After getting the result of NEET examination we can apply for colleges all over the country were there are two types of counselling All india level and state level, once you got enough marks for your prefered college you can easily get admission The application for counselling is available in online

Faculty

4.5

The facilities are really nice and well-behaved And of course, in a standard institution, there is no doubt in the qualifications of the faculties There are more number of faculties as much as we need There are mentors in each subject for a group of 10 to 15 students, our studies are regularly monitored and special care is been given We can approach any faculty when we need their guide

Course Curriculum Overview:

It deals with patient care and clinical diagnosis along with hands on training the influenced my decision to take up this course. Through ward postings, history taking and case discussion it prepares me well for my PG exams and further future pursuits. Skill based learning should be emphasised more along with small group teaching. Sometimes the close spacing of exams can be very stressful. Difficulty level is appropriate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course is very challenging obviously as we're studying to become doctors. it could've been better by increasing the duration of the course. our first year/ semester instead of it being for 12 months was only of 9-10 months so our portions are being pushed a little. it happened due the scam etc around neet and our course start date was pushed. the course could be made easier by increasing the duration of the course. we have exams every week which does make it easier to keep up with the portions but makes it too stressful for us. maybe instead of keeping exams on monday they could change it to saturday so we can relax and be free on sundays.
