Overall Gcet is great for those who want to live a college life like college.

You will have 8 semesters till fourth. The first-year syllabus will be same and you will start working with core subject from 2nd year itself. 3 rd year is the most important year. It decides your future. In 4th year you will be spending time home. The 4th-year project gets the star from 3 rd year.

Placement is quite good among all the college in to. Galgotia is known for placement. 80% of the student get placed in IT companies. Rest 20% either prepare for gate or other core companies.

Every year two types of fest took place in getting. First is the college fest in which a big celebrity come to like the last guru Randhawa came. And last to last year Alia Varun Dhawan and John Ibrahim were the celebrity. The second type of fest is a departmental fest. Which is carried out by each department. Like mine is EI department fest.

CollegeFee structure:-1st year 1,31,000 per anum, 2nd year 1,20,000 per anum, 3rd and 4th year, same as the 2nd year. Fees in getting are comparatively more than the other colleges nearby like Bajaj, NIET, GNIOT but the facilities are also very better than rest of colleges.

I haven't opted for the loan. As I am a fee waiver student. I only have to pay 7500 per anum. But you can avail your loan from the by showing the fee structure of the college.

Campus life is excellent. You will feel great here except one thing that is attendance. You need to maintain 75% attendance in every semester. So many events and workshops take place in our college like a workshop on an embedded system, it's, robotics. Some of them are paid a some are not.

Seniors here are helpful if you maintain good relationships with them. Some of them even guide you about your placement but don't be overfriendly with them.

I am a fee waiver student to get. I got 9000 ranks in up exam. So, I selected to get as my first choice. My preferred branch was mechanical but I am currently pursuing my BTech. In EIE, admission procedure generally takes place between the end of July to mid of August.

The faculty is quite decent. They are ready to clear your doubts after class. Some of the teachers here excellent and may help you in your gate study as well. Teachers like Japjeet Kaur, D.B. Singh are best. They have depth knowledge of the core subject. Some of the faculty is from IIT.
