Course Curriculum Overview
I was always facinated by how chemicals and materials are transformed into useful products using engineering processess. I am also drawn to the potential impact of chemical engineering on society, such as improving environmental sustainability and creating new technologies. Overall, I believe that this course aligns with my skills and interest. I would suggest that updating the curriculum with emerging industrial trends will help students to be more future and work ready.
Internships Opportunities
For 3rd year students there is compulsory 1 month internship period. Students are provided with various company that are in contact with the college. Companies many times offer or doesnt offer stipend, however the sipend is near 10,000 to 20,000 per month.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees of our college are worth the lakhs. They also have various scholorships for category reserved students as well as for financially weaker background. Often various schemes and private scholorships also been introduced for the students. Also a special scholorship is been awarded for the studenst having extremely good academic.
Campus Life
Every year for students a grand cultural event is organised for the whole college where students are encouraged to show their talents in front of everyone. Also various social wellfare clubs are available. Technical clubs and events are carried out regulary to keep students focused. Sports competitions and art competitions are also been carried regulary.
Admission
The admission process is very straight forward. The eligibilty criteria is clearly outlined by the college and cut off for our course was about 75-80% for 12th as well as we get lateral entry to direct second year via diploma and cut off for that was also the same. The application form are available in the university website, along with all the mentioned details. There is no entrance exam, admission is clearly based on the marks obtained.
Faculty
The approach of faculty members have always been instruemntal in shaping our carrers and growth. Their diverse educational backgorund coupled with extensive professional experience, have procided valuable insights and perspectives. The faculty members here are always free for guiding students weather it be in class or out of the class. As the faculty-to-student ratio is low their is more personalized attention and deep discussions.
