Likes
- It has experienced faculty ,most of them being IITians and gate rankers.
- Campus is lush green, full of trees and pure air.
- Overall it is good, but campus life is dull no major fest.
Dislikes

- No hostel or Campus life, no fest, dance, party, not enough interaction.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is very old and outdated. They are still making assignments on cartridge sheets. I would suggest the incorporation of modern technologies like CAD, Photoshop, etc. from the first semester only. We are learning bookish knowledge but not getting any hands-on practice or observing practical work on-site.
Fees and Financial Aid
tuition fees for the first year are 21,000 and 7000 for each successive year. There is no scholarship, especially for B.Arch students but there are some scholarships common for all students at the university
Campus Life
The infrastructure is very old but beautiful. There are clubs but not many and not very exciting. There are no large fest or parties but just small functions. The university has wide range of journals and books both printed and ebooks.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel fees is 2000 per year and dining fees is around 1700 per month. Food is limited in quantity and is served three times a day, NO Snacks. Food quality is very poor and generally, washrooms are dirty.
Admission
Eligibility is 12th pass with maths, physics & chemistry 55% aggregate OR diploma in architectural assistantship. For admission, you have to clear the Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Exam AND NATA exam by the Council of architecture. A total of 150 marks are required.(minimum)
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:10, which is very good, but many guest faculty are not experienced. Teaching methods are still ancient. Teachers are approachable but they don't help much. Some faculty members are very well-experienced and hard-working.
Other Applied Colleges
Jamia Millia Islamia University-[JMI] | Bachelor of Architecture [B.Arch]
class size was around 40 so student-teacher ratio was less and very less hostel facilities
