Review on Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering

Actually i have chosen this course since my parents insisted me because everyone in my family are an electrical engineers. So i too got a basic knowledge on the course which i have opted .This college is very well known for its placements and especially the syllabus thought here are mostly updated which is affiliated with some core industries of Electrical based ones.This makes the students to learn practically as well which is very helpful in their future. To ensure the knowledge of the students , each and every department confucts examinations in the name of FAT for every single months . This makes the students to learn the curriculum in depth .

Students are eligible to attend the campus placements from their 3rd academic year or 6th semester. There are more than 90+ companies use to visit the college for campus placements.Some are : 1)zoho 2)wipro 3)Bosch 4)JP Morgan. The highest package of last year placement process was 11LPA . Mostly every students from the SVCE gets placed in a company atleast in their final semester.

Tuition fee per year: 80000rs/- Transportation fee : 50000rs/- Placement fees : 10000rs/-(only on certain semesters) The fee structure for management quota varies accordingly. For EEE there will extra 2L per annum as a donation at the start of the admission. The college is well known for its library DR.A.C.MUTTIAH CENTRAL LIBRARY is the one with all kinds of books available over here which actually helps the students to have a vast knowledge of their topics. The environment of the college is too soothing with awestrucking architecture. This College conducts highways event (culturals)every may month which is the most valued event organized. The cricket team of this college is very famous and prestigious. It has won many trophies over other colleges and our sports club has also hosted many matches of various colleges.

The admission process comprises of 2 ways : The first and predominant form of admission is through merit based (i.e. The student's cutoff plays the major role .The one with highest cutoff will be occupying the seat The other form of admission is through the management quota.Here the students got to pay the required donation amount to the college to get the seats in the desired department.

The ratio between students and the professors is 1:25 therefore students are very attentive and learn the syllabus clearly without any doubts. All the faculties in this college are mostly friendly and maintain a healthy relationship with the students.So this makes the students to approach their respective faculties whenever they needed them .
