Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is just right here in Sathyabama as all the growing trends like AI,ML, Data Science etc have all the needed algorithms,models and techniques that are growing today. Not just in B.Tech courses this is the same in any course. Faculty members make sure we learn the recent trends.
Internships Opportunities
I am not sure about this , but companies like Logitech, WIPRO, Caterpillar, etc came in with internship oppurtunities to our college students with an average stipend of 35000 per month. Some internships were also turned into fte oppurtunities with a average salary of 400000 LPA.
Placement Experience
The Placements here are very good because as of today the number of offers attained are above 3400+ offers. As per placements there is nothing to worry about, Juat the ability to keep trying and nver lose hope is all that is needed.
Fees and Financial Aid
SATHYABAMA INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY follows a structured fee system that varies based on the course and specialization. with UG programs like B.Tech generallyhaving an annual tuition fee ranging from approx Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.3,25,000 during the academic year 2022-2026, along with additional costs such as hostel, examination, and miscellaneous charges.The University also includes merit-based scholarships awarded through entrance exam performanceand academic excellence, where the top rank holders may receive partial to full tution fee waivers.
Campus Life
I did not have any experience with club activities or so. But as far as I know the clubs in my college are pretty good. There are also so many new clubs started, students are always encouraged to try new things.
Hostel Facilities
The Hostel is pretty good when compared to most colleges. W eget special lunched and dinner during festive occasions and a hostel day celebration exclusive only to the hostellers. Overall, the hostel is good.
Admission
One of the main reasons I chose this college is for the fee structure, all the other engineering colleges had extreme amounts of fee and donations when compared to Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology.
Faculty
The academics were very good in Sathyamabama Institue of Science and Technology, all the portions will be covered and we will have 2 CAE exams per Semester follwed by the ESE exam. For the final year Semesters only one CAE exam will be held followed by the ESE exam. The marking systems here is not very strict although somewhat relevant answers will for sure get u pass marks.
Night Life
Our culturals happen during the night, we start around 4 in the eveing and it continues upto midnight though the celebration is during all the arrangements are done in an orderly manner such that no problems occur. Also all the dayscholars sre arrnged with buses to reach their homes safely at night.
