What Students Say

Likes

Atmosphere is just too good. They maintain cleanliness.
The faculties are soo experienced. Well graduated too.
The approach of teachers to students is so friendly.

Dislikes

The management is sometimes dull in conducting late night programmes
The canteen is not well maintained and also cleanliness is bad.
The duration of breaks are so short which makes it difficult for the students for their needs.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is a bit difficult from the second semester onwards. They should go a little easy on the students with the curriculum. The number of chapters could also be decreased for that. The exams occur in a gap of 6 months. .

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure for the students whk got admission in the merit seats are nearly 1600 per annum. For those in reservations is nearly 50000 per annum and for those in management in nearly 1 to 5 lakhs depending on the course they choose..

Campus Life

The campus life is just awesome. More than that what's more fun is the hostel life. The clubs in campus organises programmes atleast weekly if not daily. The classrooms are well structured with good seatings and projectors and speakers.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is very good. Completely affordable and also single rooms for everyone with well-prepared homely food well enough for everyone in the hostel. Nearly 150 boys are there in my hostel and all are friendly.

Hostel Fee: INR 79000 per year

Admission

Absolutely merit based rank list publication and admission. The students where asked to bring in certificates of their 12th and photogarphs. Special seats for students in malankara catholica with a high management seat fees of nearly 2 to 5 lakhs varying on courses.

Faculty

The faculty members in my department are well-qualified even the guest lectures are also good. Everybody's concepts are well understood. They are also very friendly.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you could get in the practicing period for placements if you dont have any supply you could get placements and college provides internship from 3 rd semester. Highest packs could be goven bank and maybe delloit idk how much it is but an avg pack of 75k per month will be there. If you got skills you would get in there.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you will be eligible for campus placements. Big banks like federal bank, south indian bank provide high placement package with the highest package being 60k per month. Other IT companies like Wipro,accenture, and deloit etc also provide high package placements.Almost 50 to 75 percent of students get placed after third year. My plan is if i get a good package I'll go for the placement or else I'll go for my masters degree

A Decent College for BSc chemistry students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

The college has a well functioning placement assistance. There are various companies including banks and Tech based companies which arrives in the college for placements every year. Honesty

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 the opportunity to get a job is out there. Many companies comes to interview and they swlect the apt ones. Sun, Mahendra etc are some of the companies i remember. The highesr package for freshers is like 15000 a month. There is a high percentage of students getting placements its 80-85%.My plan is to study masters.

Placement Experience:

The placement of this campus is very excellent. The collage has a placement assistance cell and every year 50 companies reaching this college for placement drive . Every year more than 80 students gets placed in large companies like EY , MRF and banks like federal bank , South Indian Bank etc. The federal bank offers a highest package of 16 LPA for pg students and 8 students got placed in 2024-25 academic year. Placement is opens for students studying final year. There is coaching for placement for free of coast for the students who registered for placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.

A Simple though analytical overview of my College.

First of all I wrote CUET entrance exam, but I didn't get that much score which was needed. After that I applied for 6 colleges in which I got qualified for 4. I got admission for Bachelors in Economics in VIT Vellore institute of technology, Symbiosis pune , All Saints College and Marivanios autonomous college. Good college.

I applied to Christ Nagar college, Maranalloor and i had gotten a confirmed admission there. I was there for 2 months until i got an admission here which is a far better college.
