Getting to college is a bit difficult.the college is inland from the town

Course Curriculum Overview

After 10 th I have choosen humanities as my higher education.So I prefer political science but unfortunately I got admission in BA History.At the begining I felt little bit difficult.Then my faculty members helped me a lot.Then I felt comfort.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 1500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee was comparatively affordable.At the joining time we have to paid PTA fund.A little amount have to be paid in each semester. There is no other difficulties in cost of my education.Scholarship namely central sector scholarship,state merit scholarship etc applied .

Campus Life

Annual festival held during the month of March.It was good one.College giving more importance in Sports.So Many students have got medals in interzone sports meet. Library in college is also nice one.A good collection of books make library more attractive.Election coordinaton was good one.

Admission

I got my admission based on 12 th score.During the admission process I have applied different courses in different colleges.After publishing the frst allotment I got the admission in the chittur govt collage.Admission process of the college during that time was quite lag.But it's ok I am satisfied.

The curriculum is suitable for the modern age of teaching,the way of education is well balanced with projects, assignments, presentations and also notes .we have reading assignments where the faculty members ask us to read an entire book and give our review on it.the exams are quiet moderate and in my opinion teachers should use more ai tools as a learning aid which will be more effective for the students

Great life from college

Placement Experience:

From the last semester pass out we a re eligible for the campus recruitment for job or placement. So many companies visit us for the interview or some checking like , hero honda , maruti suzuki etc. the main reason for it was a low amount of budget is that get from this placement maybe 15 thousand let month ect. Only the company can take the students for it so the percentage of the students who getting placement will change in every year. My plan was to get an admission in the central government University for doing master of degree in History. And try the best exam called upsc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Economic somehow teaches us how to manage in real world.. I can connect a lot more to real world while learning economics. It is a little too difficult to learn for sem exams. The sem exam is just in 50/70 marks.. The exam timing is 1 1/2 or 2 hrs.

EVERY COLLEGE HAS SOME POSITIVE AND SOME NEGATIVE POINTS. POSITIVE POINTS INCLUDES CARRIER OF STUDENT AS THIS IS A TECHNICAL INSTITUTES IT IS BETTER THAN GENERAL DEGREE COLLEGE WHICH ONLY DISTRIBUTES CERTIFICATES. PRESENT TIME IS OF TECHNOLOGY SO TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE IS VERY NECESSARY. THIS INSTITUTES PROVIDES JOB AFTER COMPLETATION OF COURSE. IT PROVIDES HOSTEL FACILITY FOR STUDENT WHOSE HOME IS BEYOND 60KM. HOSTEL FACILITU IS VERY GOOD. THREE TIMES MEALS ARE PROVIDED ON NORMAL RATES THAT IS ?56 PER DAY.

After doing plus two in arts stream with geography from Kerala board of education i applied for bsc geography at govt college chittur. I had 97% marks in final exam and got admission from the first allotment itself. The college has a great history and one of the best government colleges in Kerala. Highly qualified faculties and a beautiful environment.
