Likes

Here a lot of opportunities for the startup because University provide fundings to the best ideas
University conducts sport tournaments over a period of time
Faculty Staff is familiar towards the students as well

Dislikes

Attendance issue max 75 percent and min 65 attendance is required for exams
Like every college here is also some placement issues for some ones but now situation is pretty good

I opted btech here because of alot of opportunities provided in this field It develops new important and required skills for the upcoming opportunities And no such other area to improve in university i think Three exams conducted in a semester

Many companies visits campus for the Internship Opportunities but only few gives intership opportunities at the stipend of 10000 to limited no of students Some communication skills required and problem solving projects and online coding skills courses certificate etc are required to be eligible for intership

From 3rd year or 5 and 6th semester Amazon Dell Infosys TCS Wipro Infotech Capegimini and don't idea about no of offers made but placements good 5400000 highest and 400000 average package per annum I will go for job after graduation

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees is same for the duration of whole 4 year of all the courses 1000000 approx is complete cost of living and college fee 10 to 20 percent scholarship provided on the basis of 12 percentage No such job roles and responsibilities and the stipend taken yet

Campus Life

University conducts a 4 days festival named Panache in the months of February and March and tech fest name Triathlon in October month Over wide range of books available in library and all are accessible to University students Sports tournament conducted in every semester and infrastructure is good

Minimum 12th pass with Aggregate 45 percent marks Application forms and fees and dates can be found on University official website No reservation availed by me Three exams 2 mid terms and one end term it's Difficult No area to improve in university

Faculty

The faculty and students ratio is well here that impacts our learning experience well Faculties are credential towards their teaching and their approach to teaching and mentorship helps students to fell not to depressed

Placement Experience:

Students can participate in college placements since the 7th semester. Some comapnies and their offers are: Samsung-15LPA, IBM-13LPA, Deloitte-12LPA, DE Shaw-52LPA, etc. Percentage of students placed for Y21 batch was 86%. I will work i the corporate sector after graduating. That is my plan as of now.

There was a downfall in 2023-24 placement but in 2025 they are now recovering as we not got highest package of 1.24 crore with an average of 13.3 lakh which is good for us and college as there was recession going on in 2023-2024 that's why there is a downfall

Placement Experience:

College placement are above 85 percentage. Students are eligible for campeus placement ain 6 th sem . There are many companies visit in which some are selective recruiters and some are mass recruiters. Highest package is 64 lpa and average package is around 12 lpa. 85percent students get placements. I cna go for collenge placements or for higher studies.

From fourth year the students become eligible for campus placements And before that you have to go for outside placements by students himself only companies visited like Microsoft Zomato and all no Google and number of companies are not very good only mass recruiters are there like three L package tcs and old highest package is around 53 lakhs by Microsoft last year in 2023 and 4 academic year percentage of getting placements is like around you can say out of 100 4040 will get placement Every package is around 5 according to the chorus but I know it is around 3 lpa In reality I am pre paying for gate exam right now let us see what happened

Our college has given us training as i am in my final year and a month back we all got placed. So, 100% placements have happened and we all have appointments from top IT companies that operates in India. applied to a few colleges in and around Jaipur: e.g. JECRC University, Manipal University Jaipur, and a couple of government/private colleges under RTU. I got confirmed admission offers from JECRC and one of the private colleges, but VGU stood out because: VGU offered the course I really wanted (e.g. AI & Data Science) with a better curriculum combining industry?aligned specializations (hackathons, startup culture etc.). Some other colleges didn’t offer my desired specialization. From reviews, VGU had better exposure and labs/facilities for new tech. Also, staying in or near Jaipur mattered: less relocation cost, more time to build projects, better networking locally....Read More

I got a seat In PIET top 2 government college of rajasthan but i left it and took admission in this university fr the reasons i hae listed above. It accepts through threee types one is jee second is cuet ,tird is their own exam VGUCET and on 12th basis too if seat is available.
