Overall Positive Review: I Love This College!

I have opted msc in biotechnology so I am studying biotechnology in this college because I have a passion for the field. Biotechnology plays a crucial role in the real world, particularly in areas like vaccine development, where biotechnologists create vaccines to combat epidemics and save lives. My interest in this area drove me to pursue a master's degree in biotechnology. Regarding the exams conducted by the university, I find them to be of moderate difficulty. They are challenging enough for someone studying the subject to attempt successfully.Even i think they should focus more on practical learning in my subject, biotechnology, instead of just exams. Doing things hands-on helps us understand the techniques and processes better.

The tuition fee for my subject is $40,000, with an additional $20,000 for examination and other service fees. The amount of scholarship available for students is even better than we expected. Right now I'm not under any campus employment

My course offers various festivals and events, including an annual function where many students participate. The library provides a wide range of books and journals, offering students various opportunities to gain knowledge. If a student needs to find resources on a specific topic, they can easily locate relevant books in the library. Additionally, the department provides modern facilities such as smart boards, which are used for presentations and lectures.

The admission process at Punjabi University is lengthy, starting with an entrance test for my course. However, the results for this test are often delayed, and the counseling procedure is also time-consuming. Additionally, seats are allocated based on reservations, with general seats having fewer allocations compared to other categories. The application form for my course is available on the Punjabi University website, but it would be beneficial to streamline the process. Improvements could include expediting result announcements and counseling procedures to prevent delays that may cause students to consider other options for admission
