The people here are very comfortable including the faculties
Kashmir is a no polution area.and also it is good for our health.
They offer a good Library.it will help us for our studies.

Dislikes

The university is divided into four campuses.
Language will be a problem. The local language here is urdu
And each campus is small and look like a school.bt it will be one very soom

Class Size: 44Course Fees: INR 23500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very affordable. I paid 23000 for my 1st sem and for application. We have to pay 10000 in each semester.There are various types of scholarships are there.it will help us as a student.

Campus Life

The campus life is good at all.Bt not at all amazing.There are no functions like other colleges.if you want to study only you can come here. The university is divided into four campus and each one is small.

Admission

We have to attend an entrance for the admission. And the cut off was about 75%.And there are reservations also. The exam will be a 1 hr exam.And it was not at all tough bt you have to cover 12th ncert syllabus for that

Overall a good University with below average placements.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placemnt after third year. total 8 companies from local Food and beverage companies and agriculture related companie came for campus placements. Most of the student didnt take offers from the companies because none of the companies were offering more than 15k to 18k per month I also didnt take the placement offer for the same reason and now i am thinking for further studies from somewhere that have good placements Out of 23 students who were eligible for placements only 3 accepted the offer.

First of all, I had taken science in my 12th too, that is why I wanted to continue in science and due to my interest in physics and chemistry, I continued in this course. The curriculum provides me with Whatever is sufficient in my course and whatever knowledge I need, I will have more than that. Exam timing should be in the afternoon only because morning gets very late in coming due to which exam gets skipped, rest it is perfect

GOVT M.A.M COLLEGE,JAMMU : A Success path to life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose science-non medical subjects being MATHS, GEOGRAPHY, and GEOLOGY. Reasons are my interest and love for these subjects. Class students and teachers ratio is good: 40-1. Teachers' qualifications are also good: MSc, Ph.D., NET qualified. Our exams were semester-wise [once in six months]. it was easy to pass if you just study normal and attend classes.

The University admits students on the cuet merit basis . Most students prefer this university because they want to explore Kashmir. Overall my experience was good although i quit after bsc.

I choose Cuk because of dicipline there.. In short after 12th you have alot options but there are collages where no matter you attend classes or not you will study a night and get 80-90%.
