Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Firstly,it ensures that the content being taught is up to date ,for maintaining the quality of education. It helped me really understand and opened my mind for really tricky problems, increased problem solving ability .As for the ecamination is obviously not the 10/12th level when you are doing higher maths the problems will b relatable but still what the teachers have taught us was hepful and played important role while you appear nd try to solve any problem in examinatio .

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure eligibility etc are available on the website. There are several campuses at different areas & transport facility is also good you get scholarship on the basis of how your performance is .

Campus Life

4.5

My overall experience has been quite positive, social aspect of university has been vibrant and engaging with plenty of oppurtunitiesto meet new people. The university has provided excellent facilities to support student life. There were various social events such as parties, annual functions , cultural functions etc.University provided wide range of activities .

Admission

Procedure for admission wasnt that confusing at all,one can easily check it on the ofgicial website.Everything is mentioned there you can pay fee in both online/offline mode candidates are selected as per the result according to the merit list after the CUCET entrance test which is held on your 11th+12th basis.I only suggest to make the new website more easy to handle, and quick counsiling sessions ,hostel facility most importantly

I choose this course because i have an interest in this course.curriculum prepare me for real world like i can get a good job with this course.for improving we need to focus on more practical work and train students not for theory but for real world application.exam was quite different but it also helps us to learn the core knowledge.Exam timings sometimes are not good because students have to come from different areas.sometimes timings are too early or sometimes to late

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have interest in physics so I choose bsc in physics as major subject.. As mathematics is quite related with physics so I choose it as a minor subject.. There are two phases of exams and in these phases there is a lot of time to prepare for the exams.. However teachers method of teaching was quite friendly and soft spoken ..

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placemnt after third year. total 8 companies from local Food and beverage companies and agriculture related companie came for campus placements. Most of the student didnt take offers from the companies because none of the companies were offering more than 15k to 18k per month I also didnt take the placement offer for the same reason and now i am thinking for further studies from somewhere that have good placements Out of 23 students who were eligible for placements only 3 accepted the offer.

Placements aren't that good and for Zoology it's like the research roles in labs and under research professors so mostly a salary of 30-50k is what students of Zooly gets at our college and even DU stidnets get the same.

The course has useful subjects that prepare you for real world application however the elective courses could use a better curriculum. The teaching methods of professors are very effective and interest inducing. We have 2 minor exams and 1 major exam at the end of the semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose science-non medical subjects being MATHS, GEOGRAPHY, and GEOLOGY. Reasons are my interest and love for these subjects. Class students and teachers ratio is good: 40-1. Teachers' qualifications are also good: MSc, Ph.D., NET qualified. Our exams were semester-wise [once in six months]. it was easy to pass if you just study normal and attend classes.

Remarks:

A Good College Even though the college life seems like a fairy-tale to you, it is not. There are so many things that you have to be careful about when you are visiting a college and checking out its ambience. Don’t get influenced by the clean campuses that most of the colleges have; they purposely do it so that people like you get attracted to their appearance and join their team. If you don’t want to waste your hard earned money on the fees of the wrong college which spoils your fairy-tale dream, you might want to take admission in a college that’s good enough for students like you.
