Likes

The thing that I like in this college is the campus.campus is full of greenery.
Other thing is the program in college. It is the only enjoyment in the college.
The other place is park . The stress reliever is that place.

Dislikes

There is no extracurricular activities in this college. Only minimum programs are condu6
There is no AC facility for first year classroom . In this hot climate it is more difficult to copup with that.
There is no cafeteria in college. It is a main drawback.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of our batch is revised one. Bsc nursing is scheduled with practical hours and theory hours. We want to attend all the practical hours . And in theory we wanted to attain 75% of attendance.

Class Size: 94Course Fees: INR 11410 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The academic fee structure for first year is 11410. The hostel fee is 20000 per year. Mess fee is excluded in the fee structure. There are many scholarships that can be applied as per the eligibility.

Campus Life

The main program in Jipmer is spandan. It is an inter college program . And there is another programs like freshers,holi etc. Here there is a students union named Jipmer students Association JSA . They solve all the problems that faced by the students in all aspects.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is not bad sometimes there is an issue with hygiene. Hostel is not providing message it is the main drawback but it will resolved as soon as possible. The atmosphere of the hostel is too good.

Admission

Eligibility to get admission in Jipmer is neet and we want to qualify our higher secondary education with 50% result. The exams are scheduled as internal exams for each subject. we want to qualify all the IA with highest mark.

Most allied health course in the country does not have dissection in their curriculum, in jipmer ahs students also have to study practical aspect as well. From second year onwards we are posted in our respective departments and classes are given by the professors and residents in the cardiology department

Jipmer is the second best medical college in India after aiims Delhi . The admission process here is quite different . JIPMER: Above and Beyond

I applied for AIIMS Delhi but I didn't get an admission because my AIR was 100. My second choice was JIPMER and I got into here. For admission into JIPMER, like any other medical college you are required to write the NEET UG exam and based upon your rank you can get admission into the college of your choice. For admission into AHS, you are again required to write the NEET UG exam. In NEET I got 404 and i applied in jipmer bsc counseling session which was via the official website. I got selected and my jipmer rank was 98. There was no separate jipmer exam as such but earlier it was there. Offline counseling session was there .
