I Believed that this nursing profession is a noble profession. By this I can serve many mankind. In jipmer clinical attendance is 100% , if we took any leave means we can compensate also. In theory 75 % attendance is needed to write the exam. Here , total 3 Internal assessment is there for each subject, and one send up exam, then University exam at last.

Internships Opportunities

Bsc nursing, Allied health science and mbbs have internship in last year . There are many project running by jipmer . If we are graduating from here you can join in that as a contract employe After completing cource from here , we have higher chances of getting job

Fees and Financial Aid

Here tuition fee is 12000 in first year, and it is around 6000 in second year. The hostel fee is 12000 in every year. But in 1 St year and amount of 8000 something is there like caution deposite. In college we will get scholarship and sna scholarship is also there. Nsp scholarship is also getting.

Campus Life

Here the SPANDAN is the main function that is held in August/ September. In jipmer there is 24×7 library facility( central library) and in our college Library is open upto 7pm. Classrooms are well arranged with all technical facilities. In sports we have a good stadium for practice , gym , swimming pool, other court's for various sports events.

Hostel Facilities

We have a separate hostel for nursing students named Nightingale house which is exactly opposite to the college of nursing. We have a well spaced room and there are three members in a room . For one person one bed shelf ,table and chair is there. Food quality is fine. Mess fee is 3000 per month.

Jipmer is the second best medical college in India after aiims Delhi . The admission process here is quite different . JIPMER: Above and Beyond

I applied for AIIMS Delhi but I didn't get an admission because my AIR was 100. My second choice was JIPMER and I got into here. For admission into JIPMER, like any other medical college you are required to write the NEET UG exam and based upon your rank you can get admission into the college of your choice. For admission into AHS, you are again required to write the NEET UG exam. In NEET I got 404 and i applied in jipmer bsc counseling session which was via the official website. I got selected and my jipmer rank was 98. There was no separate jipmer exam as such but earlier it was there. Offline counseling session was there .
