*For allied medical science and mbbs and nursing stunt. 1 year internship is mandatory .from 3 batch on ward nursing student will get stipend money. *There are a lot of project running by jipmer,u can join in that by contact employee just after ur graduation.

*Tution fee fir first year is 12000 And 2nd years around 6000 There is one scholarship called NSP scholarship available for students provide by college *u can apply to various other available scholarships too.

*Spandan is the biggest festival held in jipmer annually. *it is the biggest south indian inter college medical festival *usually august to may *7 to 8 days *inter class is feb to march Gym,swimming pool,indoor and outdoor stadium

Hostel Facilities

*Nightingale house is the hostel name. Situated exactly opposite side of college, *12000/ is fee per year *3000/is mess fee per month *One bed,one chair, one table,one big shelf *common bathroom and toilet

Jipmer is the second best medical college in India after aiims Delhi . The admission process here is quite different . JIPMER: Above and Beyond

I applied for AIIMS Delhi but I didn't get an admission because my AIR was 100. My second choice was JIPMER and I got into here. For admission into JIPMER, like any other medical college you are required to write the NEET UG exam and based upon your rank you can get admission into the college of your choice. For admission into AHS, you are again required to write the NEET UG exam. In NEET I got 404 and i applied in jipmer bsc counseling session which was via the official website. I got selected and my jipmer rank was 98. There was no separate jipmer exam as such but earlier it was there. Offline counseling session was there .
