the bsc nursing curriculum provides large opportunities and experience for the students.jipmer provides great infrastructure and facilities for the students to utilise for their betterment in the nursing field.the year back criteria in the course curriculum need to be changed.students should be given multiple chances to cleae the arrears.

jipmer hosts the most prestigious celebration of the year called spandan which takes place in the month of aug or sept.spandan is a 7 day long programme which include musical nights, cultural programmes,dj,games, concerts etc where students form different part of the country come and participate.the central library has wide variety of books that adds to the knowledge of the students.previous year question paper and all kinds of aids are provided in the library .the classrooms are centralised and spacious with projector and good ventilation.jipmer hosts annual sports meet where students from different Colleges are able to participate.jipmer also has football, basketball, tennis. courts.the jipmer students association (JSA)is a student-run organisation that impact the student life and work for the betterment of the campus.

the hostel rooms are either 1 or 2 or 3 shared.rooms are nicely ventilated with fans and good lighting.cupboards, chairs,study table etc are provided for the students.hostel does not provide mess facilities.but students can avail for other mess in the college.meals are good quality.registration process for the hostel is done offline.hostel fee is very much affordable.
