All about Jipmer campus

-Fee structure for bsc nursing is very less in JIPMER as compared to other colleges. -JIPMER ensures each students get well clinical experience. -Bsc nursing is a four year course which include both theory and practicals. - Any student failed in University exam have to continue the same subject that year - Timing for exam is crucial.Exam level is not difficult. But writing the points and ideas within the alloted time makes the examinations a bit difficult.

Jipmer offers six months internship for the students.And stipend is also offered to the students within this period. Stipend can be varied depending on the course. Staff makes sure that each interns are capable to work in respective fields in this time.

- course fee for first year is around 11410. - for second year it's 4760. Also third and fourth year course fee fall in these ranges.Many scholarships are available for students. Like egrantz,Sna scholarship etc. Approximately 25000 amount of scholarship gets in each year.

-JIPMER gives a well campus life to it's students. -Jipmer conducts spandan every year around september. it's a seven or eight days of program involving different colleges from different parts of the country. Culturals,arts ,sports and many other games are included. - Central library with all kind of educational book facility is available in JIPMER. - Library is 24 hour working tooo. - smart class rooms are available. - JIPMER students association is available. - sports and all kind of extracurricular activities are available in JIPMER. Like football,throwball, hockey,tennis, volleyball,badminton, etc for both boys and girls.

Hostel facilities available for students with affordable rates. Mess menu is not that good.same food is repeating. Both single rooms and three sharing rooms are available. Accomodation provided with a bed,table chair,etc for each student

The admission process was quite long. Candidates must appear in neet examination of corresponding years. The application form is available in official website of jipmer.and the application fee is around 750. Application dates will be announced in JIPMER website itself each year. Councelling process allows reservation based on each category. Rank list made based on neet score. Cut off score for general category is 715-117. I think the councelling process taking long time. I will be easier for Candidates if it's done within shorter period.
