Academic pressure is high.U have to deal it with.
You can't take too many leaves, if there is any attendance shortage u can't write university exam
Year back system,even if u failed in onky ine sub,u can't enter in to next year.

Duration:4 year and. 1 month vacation in each year after university exam. Class room teaching and clinical experience . Exams: 3 internal assessments exams,1 model exam and University. Theory need 75% attendance. Clinical need 100%,if you are taking leave in Clinicals then u should compensate it during vacation

*Spandan is the annual festival held in jipmer. Normally ot is 8 to 9 days *It is the biggest south Indian medical intercollege festival *it is usually last week of August and and first week of September *Central library with AC 24/7 available. *college library is available from 8:00am to 7:00pm *U can take books for one week *Gym,swimming pool,indoor stadium and out door stadium is available. *Feb - March interclass sports

*For Nursing students Girls separate hostel available. It situated just infront of the college. *Name :nightingale House *12000/- per year including rent and establishment fee *Room shared by 3 students *Bed,Table,chair and shelf are available. *mess fee :3000/- per month.

Application date: if neet exam in June,then mostly probably August. *reservation available for OBC,SC/ST and PWD also puducherry residence *There is no entrance examination. *Make sure your documents are updated.

Jipmer is the second best medical college in India after aiims Delhi . The admission process here is quite different . JIPMER: Above and Beyond

I applied for AIIMS Delhi but I didn't get an admission because my AIR was 100. My second choice was JIPMER and I got into here. For admission into JIPMER, like any other medical college you are required to write the NEET UG exam and based upon your rank you can get admission into the college of your choice. For admission into AHS, you are again required to write the NEET UG exam. In NEET I got 404 and i applied in jipmer bsc counseling session which was via the official website. I got selected and my jipmer rank was 98. There was no separate jipmer exam as such but earlier it was there. Offline counseling session was there .
