In jipmer,they have set a curriculum that will enhance the students in both theoretical as well as practucal sections. In this Institute students will be getting more practical hours than theory so it will be helpful to students to improve their skills.jipmer having yearly system and they are conducting number of internal exams and a final send up and university exam.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 5760 per year

Internships Opportunities

In bsc nursing, after finishing the course they are providing 6 month payed internship but within the course duration they are not providing any payed internship.It will be helpful to students for excelling in their skills. But they won't be providing hostel accommodation during internship.

Fees and Financial Aid

Jipmer is having a very low fees for each course in comparison to any other college.According to students reservation and merit score they can apply for various scholarship schemes.currently they are not providing any campus based selection of job for students

Overall jipmer college life is excellent not only in the aspects of education but also in extra curriculum activities.students will be getting exposure to various medical Speacilaities and also to so many extracurricular activities that also free.

Hostel Facilities

Each course students are getting hostels separately, and that also in very low fee. Hostel room will be very spacious and single rooms are also available for students.Hostels are provided with laundry, refrigerator, wifi, heater, water purifier all such necessary essential things.

Hostel Fee: INR 12000 per year

Admission

To get admission in jawaharlal Institute of postgraduate medical education and research, students have to qualify neet exam conducted by NTA in each year. After the exam result, Institute itself invite application for the students. Then they will conduct counselling and based on the scores they will be selecting applicants to various courses offered by college.

Jipmer is the second best medical college in India after aiims Delhi . The admission process here is quite different . JIPMER: Above and Beyond

I applied for AIIMS Delhi but I didn't get an admission because my AIR was 100. My second choice was JIPMER and I got into here. For admission into JIPMER, like any other medical college you are required to write the NEET UG exam and based upon your rank you can get admission into the college of your choice. For admission into AHS, you are again required to write the NEET UG exam. In NEET I got 404 and i applied in jipmer bsc counseling session which was via the official website. I got selected and my jipmer rank was 98. There was no separate jipmer exam as such but earlier it was there. Offline counseling session was there .
