Course Curriculum Overview

Mechanical Engineering course is pretty good here. There is the separate lab for different subjects like we have the different lab for automobile, another one for metallurgical studies, the different one for hydraulic machines, the different one for mechanical vibration, different for RAC subject, another one for metrology subject. We have a pretty big workshop having many machines like 10-12 lathe machines, universal drilling machine, universal milling, 3-4 grinding machines, all the types of welding pieces of equipment. We have the separate workshop for wood and sheet metal work and plumbing work. There is also a working model of boiler.

Internships Opportunities

Yes college tries good to provide internship. But the students are supposed to find it on them own so the students can explore more companies and get some experience of world out of the college.

Placement Experience

The placements for mechanical engineering is not so good but the top 40-50% students get placed every year with the average package of 3-3.5 lac p.a.

College Events

There is a technical and cultural fest named Felicific organized every year. It lasts for a week. The whole day there are technical and non-technical events going on and in evening there is cultural programs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yeah the fee is affordable if you know how to utilize the things and know how to take positive things out of money you have paid to college.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is quite good here just behind the college. And 5-6 more hostel near by only. They have both girls and boys hostel separate with good facilities. You can also find PGs nearby the college.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

The contact with alumni is rare but it's possible to contact or have a talk with them. And they are always glad to help and guide the students.

Faculty

The faculty here are good with minimum qualification of Masters in specific branches. Some of the faculties have completed pH. D. Also and some are one the way to complete that. The faculties have good experience and are very supportive and always reachable. They are good teachers.
