Entrance Preview

I took the common enterance test conducted every year by I.P.University and was able to get a good rank. I chose this course because I really wanted to be a teacher and B.ed is a must to be a teacher.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The overall course curriculum was good, but I felt a few changes are required at some levels, like more focus should be given to the school experience program and not on the theoretical part.

Internships Opportunities

My course didn't require any internship but our college did provide us with school experience program and the schools allotted were really good. The schools provided us with help at every level and we got to learn a lot of things from the teachers already teaching at the school.

Placement Experience

1.5

College provided good job opportunities. The college arranged a job fair for all the students to avail job opportunities from various schools. It helped many of my batch mates to get some good jobs.

College Events

5

College celebrated a lot of events enthusiastically and it was super fun. Every festival be it Diwali,Holi or republic day was celebrated with full participation from teachers as well as from students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible . Since its a professional course, the fee is not expensive at all. And this point gets further proved,as I had classmate from every economic sector.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am not aware of any scholarships or loan facilities offered by the college, since neither me nor any of my classmates availed it as per my knowledge.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is fair and satisfactory. Total of 100 marks were divided in the ratio of 25:75,where 25 consisted of internals, attendance, assignments and overall behaviour, the other 75 were for the external exam.

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university doesn't beat around the bush while deciding the courses. They have picked only the subjects and the curriculum that are suitable for our field and focus on making us future-ready. Some subjects might seem a little fast-paced, but if you are consistent enough, you won't face any problems. It is safe to say that the exams and things taught in most the subjects are same to that of its so there is no lacking behind in that aspect.
