My college phase was a very amazing and exciting phase of my life.

The course had a very good curriculum if we go by relevancy in today's world. We used to have regular practice sessions as well, considering a good 50% focus. Our college faculties were continuously involved in researches in various fields, Further, there were several research paper forums also conducted by my college.

Our college does not provide internships. Though, there is no restriction on the students if they want to opt for internships offered by some company.

Our TPO department is a very active and efficient one. From computer science, we recorded 95% placement this year and 60% overall placement. Our college, in fact, has the distinction of hosting more than 100 companies, where the other top college of the university could go as far as only 5 companies. Top brands like Amazon, Kony Labs, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Cape Gemini, Technovert, Radio Mirchi came to recruit. The average package was 4.5 LPA with Amazon taking one student for 15.5 LPA.

We have Kshitij, Vyom, and Sach Hue Sapne which are the various cultural fests hosted by our college. More than 5000 students from the entire university appeared for each fest. Though the college authorities took the entire responsibility of coordination, the students also contributed greatly to the organization of these events.

Per semester fee for B.E is 62,000 for all courses which are inclusive of practicals and other areas well, apart from academics. So I think it is not very heavy on one's pocket.

The college offers a scholarship to top rankers in CG PET from each branch depending on their family income, social background, and other factors.

I did not reside in the hostel, but some of my friends did. They had 4 sharing rooms. Our college does not have PG. per month cost is 10,000 including food. Food quality was average as told to me by my friends.

There are reunions conducted for the college alumni every year in different cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, etc so that the students located in different places can comfortably attend the same. Faculties and recent year pass outs also attend the function and exchange views on areas of improvement, opportunities, and challenges in the outside world and so on.

We have faculties from varying qualification and all of them are highly experienced. Especially, the computer science faculty of our college has been rated the best in the entire university by authorities. Students never hesitate to interact with most faculties, as they welcome our doubts even during lunchtime. Proper notes have been given to students and are mandatory for all subject faculties. We have a system in place to check whether notes for all subjects have been provided, all topics have been covered, etc, otherwise faculties become answerable to the top level management.
