Course curriculum is satisfiable, but in some cases there is a conflict from personally. That is because we don't have the year by year updation in our sylabus. We are learning with the same sylabus that prepared before 3 or 4 years.Sylabus is based on the OBE (Outcome Based Education).

Class Size: 16Course Fees: INR 6000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

College ia an aided one. There is no such a large fee for the study. Payed the fee at the time of admission. Thats around 8000 ruppee, and some other extra pta fund and other things. There are somany scholarships available for student.

Campus Life

My campus is situated in the wayanad district in kerala. Our camous is nature friendly campus where situated in a forest area, campus is surrounded with trees and coffee estates. So student can feel the nature's beauty and it will make the education tension free.

Hostel Facilities

We don't have college hostel for boys. Only for girls. So we students who comes from other district are stay in a home stay that situated near to our campus. Fee is affordable for students and they providing quality food for students

Hostel Fee: INR 5500 per year

Admission

Eligibility of the course is completion of UG with 50% mark for each subject. Application details are find from the university website. I don't write any entrance exam for the admission. The timing of exams make students become so weak. The continues exams are so hilariyous, the no 6 months gap between each semester exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum are updated bi-annually, which is a great thing as it keeps the subjects relevant to the industry standards. The semesters can become quite hectic after the first internals as each subjects have 2 components. The timing to submit both is close.

Life at IITPKD

Remarks:

JEE Rank was the main factor. The facilities like hostel, labs, etc mentioned in the IIT Palakkad website. During the allotment process, one senior girl student of my branch contacted me and cleared all my doubts whether it was small or big, placement details, etc. After the rankings were released, based on the previous years cut-off ranks, I was able to get a fair idea about the colleges I would be able to join among all the IITs, NITs, IIITs. Based on JEE Mains rankings, NIT or IIITs can be chosen. Based on JEE Advance ranking, IIT can be chosen. Also, 2 mock allotment will take place which gives a fair idea of which allotment we will get. These mock allotment will be based on our preferences. We can change them after the mock. Then the actual allotment will start. Once we finalise our preferences and lock them, there will be 7 rounds of allocation. 3 options will be given in each round-Float, Freeze,Slide (details will be clearly mentioned in the website). Once you are allocated a seat in any round, document verification will take place (seat acceptance fee must be paid at this stage).

I choosed this college because it was near to my home so maybe one can say that i took it because of convinence but after studying there i understood that it was my best option like it's so good studying there. I applied to sirsyed college S. N college SES college but due to my less mark i didn't got admission there.
