Course Curriculum Overview

Having commerce as base in 12th and having vast knowledge of accounting, economics it is easy to get knowledge and to go in my special field where presentation form a basis for getting confidence in right direction. Teachers in the college give real life examples and case studies related to enable uss to get deep knowledge of the subject. Teaching method should be blend with smart room mode as it is easy to remember visual output. The papers are of moderate level and practical based si that student can apply their mind .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fee structure is quite nominal and affordable. It includes annual fee of 2 semester along with various amount that contribute to the college fund. Scholarship can be availed easily on the basis of marks scored in 12

Campus Life

Every year fest is organised in the college and various celebrities are invited so that mood in the college get jolly. Teachers also do rampwalk and there were various games including hide and seek , pubg and race climbing.

Admission

Pleased to be get admission in the cluster University of India. The admission process for admission is too easy and simple and every information is available on official website of cluster University of jammu. Although there is no need to give admission test as admission are on the basis of marks scored in 12 class. There are reservation available for people belonging to various groups like sc, st, dalit,obc etc. In my preview the staff at the admission time was very rude and they need to be more friendly with students. Hope they will take this factor in account.

SPMR COLLEGE OF COMMERCE JAMMU - A BRIEF REVIEW

Course Curriculum Overview:

Under UGC B.COM, the subjects like Accounting influenced me to choose this course as I am interested to learn the subject and even the curriculum is good enough to help in learning. The curriculum is also designed in a way to apply the things learned in the course in professional life but not in real life. According to me, the course is well designed except some subjects that have been put in the course such as Hindi, EVS etc. which may not be useful in professional life of student The exams are conducted well before the time. The semester duration is of 6 months. But they take semester end exams within 4 months. The difficulty level is easy to moderate.

Remarks:

college is excellent. To encourage fitness and firm health, the university organises yoga camps at different hill stations surrounded by the lush green environment with a good climate. It also provides residential facilities to students, teaching faculty and non- teaching faculty as well.

Just being honest

The eligibility at that time depends on your 12th percentage and it is different for different categories . There's reservation of seats for all the categories . The admission process was exhausting as you have to come for counseling . And if you dont get ur desried course you have to wait abd toh come frequently for the counseling process ....Read More
