Course Curriculum Overview
I opted for this course because of my keen interest in computer application field. And the exams was based of semester wise which influenced my decision to choose this course. My suggestion would be to give more time to prepare between each semester so that students can prepare for the exams better. And as we go to last semester we could see the pressure of students because of the supplementary exams in the middle of semester exams , so conducting supplementary exams soon before sem exams would be a better choice.
Placement Experience
There are placements that are conducted by different companies. The students who are eligible for campus placements are the third year students who are gonna complete their course. There are a good quality of students who get campus placements. My plans after degree is to get placement in a reputed IT company which is high paid and have job security.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is semester wise but there is a quality amount paid at the beginning of admission that includes other fees. There are many scholarships available for different communities, a students can apply to one scholarship.
Campus Life
Campus life here is worth experiencing because of the programs and exhibitions conducted. The sports day which includes athletics so that students who are good in sports can carve a better future ahead. There are also different clubs such as literary club etc. The programs conducted by the students from different departments representing their dept ,that other students can also participate.
Admission
Admission process was through the Kerala University online admission portal. And there were three allotment plus one trial allotment. Atlast there were also spot allotment. Application form is available on the Kerala University admission portal. My suggestion for the admission process is to include more seats because there are plenty of students who didn't go for their desired course because of lack of seat availability.
