In the tkr college curricular is available in the college. The teaching method is good and excellent. In the information technology branch is I preferred in the college. Is suitable for future job preference

The technical and annual fests are conducted frequently in the college by the management.the fest is like SYZNEY it is conducted every year for 3 days .the sports are also held annually sports like cricket and kabaddi are held

The eligibility of these courses is through EAMCET examination conducted by the state government.the application forms are available in the college itself in the office and fee counters are open in college timings

Interview Experience

The written test mainly assessed aptitude, logical reasoning, and subject-specific knowledge. It wasn’t too difficult if you were well-prepared, but time management was key. The group discussion (GD) tested communication, clarity of thought, and how well you work in a team. It’s important to stay calm, contribute relevant points, and not dominate or stay silent. The interview focused on both technical knowledge and personal questions like why I chose the course, my strengths, weaknesses, and future goals. The panel was friendly but asked a few challenging questions to see how I handled pressure. Overall, I’d say the process was fair and designed to pick candidates who are not just academically good but also confident, communicative, and clear about their goals.

Night Life

The nightlife around our college campus is lively and diverse, offering something for almost every type of student. There are plenty of affordable spots, from cozy cafés that stay open late to bustling bars with student discounts and themed nights. On weekends, local clubs draw in crowds with live music, DJ sets, and dance floors that stay packed until the early morning. For those who prefer a quieter scene, there are late-night food joints, bubble tea shops, and parks where groups hang out. Safety is generally good, with campus security and local patrols keeping popular areas well-monitored, though like anywhere, it’s smart to stay alert and travel in groups late at night.

My college review for JPNCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

I felt that entire curriculum needs to be changed, since there are many useless subjects that are irrevalant to software engineering in CSE. I also felt subjects like c,c++, java needs to be replaced with python and web development subject should be replaced with something like nextjs. Initially I thought the syllabus and curriculum was good untill 3rd year of my Btech degree. The curriculum of jntuh is outdated in terms of real world. Teaching methods are ok though it needs minor improvements in some areas. The frequency of exams is same, you get semester exams and supply exams , you will have more chances to clear you backlogs, my advice is to clear backlogs in same year or try not getting any backlogs in engineering. timing of exams is usually after every 6 months out of which we usually have 180 or more working classes days. And in between we get sundays, holidays,events and other things. Semester exams are difficult especially subjects like mathematics or electronic subjects like ADE, which is irrelavant to CS.

Absolutely unsatisfied because of faculty and lack of placements.

Placement Experience:

Right Iam in 7 th semester ending,no company came to our college to recruit us.May be in 8 th sem companies will come.My seniors got in some companies like TCS, Infosys,Capgemini etc..with an average of 3.6 lpa.And all students did not get placed just 10 students in each class got placement.We need more placements to satisfy the students.

Placement Experience:

After the third year or 6th Semester you can take part in placements. There has been a lack of companies visiting this year. So far Infosys, accenture, cognizant, LSEG, Verisk have come for placements. The details are unknown to all the people but the highest package yet has been around 16-20 LPA. The Percentage of students getting placed is less compared to previous years around 20-30%

There were some other top colleges that I applied to. Firstly, i received admission to another campus of the same college. It was TKRCET's second campus. Then after my second couselling i applied to the main campus of TKRCET and fortunately, i recieved admission in this main campus. I did get rejected from other colleges because my ECET rank wasn't suffiicient to meet their Cut-off. The admission process of my college was fairly straightforward. The college accepts candidates based on their rank in the ECET entrace exam. The cutoff for my course was competitve, but my rank was within the eligibile range. I got an EAMCET rank of 24,000. Being a female, I was provided with many universities and options. But, Biotechnology being completely new course, had its share of pros and cons. Actual Reason of choosing this college is , i Appeared in EAMCET examinations and i got this college in counselling and i choosen this college beacuse it has affordable fee structue and my house is near to this college , some other reasons . i didnt applied for any other college as i did small research about college which are available to me according to my EAMCET rank .
