Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The Course is very relevant after my UG in agricultural science. The course has a specific segment called the village field work segment which is almost similar to one of my UG semesters. So it is very relevant with some other subjects also that made me choose this course being an agri graduate it is very much aligned with my UG. the curriculum focuses on all aspects of business or entrepreneurship and prepares very well for corporate life with the inclusion of all subjects with live case studies that usually happen in corporate life. The overall course curriculum is well enough for any kind of thing like for a job or to start your own enterprise the course provides you with enough knowledge. So I dont think for a need of improvement and the faculty is also very experienced and teaches very well. My course curriculum is designed to be a Trimester system. So there is mid term and end term exams in every term. With 3 terms in a year.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

There are a lot of FMCG, Development, Banking, and consultancy companies that offer good intern roles in the marketing and sales department financial trainees roles, and other research-oriented roles in companies like Amul, Mother Dairy, ITC, Dabur, Godrej, NPCI,...Etc. As a 1st year graduate, I am going for an Internship as a Trainee in marketing and sales research. The Highest stipend for this year is 120000 per month with an average stipend of 700000 per month during internship also the college provides 100% opportunities to all the students in different companies. Projects like expansion of their product portfolio and geographical expansion of the industry etc.. for this the interns should do market research to find the need assessment and other potential growth areas of the firm. So by the end of the internship students can find the areas to concentrate on while working for any company. Overall the students are ready for full-time employment in any company.

Placement Experience

5

The college offers a 100% placement guarantee to every student. Till now there is no case of unplaced students in the history of college placements. Companies from FMCG, Development, Banking, and consultancy will be coming to college. It is the secret of the college not to disclose the companies and the offers. But every student will get placed in a good company depending on his interest. The highest package of this year is 32 LPA and the average package is 15 to 16 LPA. There is no specific plans after college as we are going to work in the company for certain period of time after that i will think whether to continue in the company or shoould i start my own enterpise or should i switch to other company.

Fees and Financial Aid

So the overall fee structure is around 1800000 including hostel fee library fee tuition fee and everything. every year the tuition fee will be increased by a certain percentage as I dont have any idea about the rate of increase. Students have a lot of scholarship opportunities like merit-based scholarships in your CAT exam, Caste based scholarships, and annual family income-based scholarships. Till now I didn't take any campus placement as I am in my first year. However, the campus offers 100% placements in both internships and final placements. The average stipend for interns is around 80000 and final placement has an average salary of 15 lakhs per annum in differnt sectors with differnt responsibilities.

Campus Life

5

College life what I felt in the beginning is very hectic as the curriculum is very hectic in the 1st term and there are a lot of case competitions happening along with your course. so during my 1st term I felt like after that it would be fun there are a lot o events and festivals. Every festival is celebrated grandly here and in that particular state people where that festival is famous will arrange it and make it successful. so you can expect festivals and events every month. The college has a huge library where you can find a wide variety of books, journals, and e-books to which you will be given access through the college. You have your room in a hostel with a high-speed internet facility and there will be a printer facility for each block and good pavement lawns and green lawns and everything. 24/7 mineral water facility for drinking hot water facility for shower. Here you have plenty games like all out door and indoor games facilities and student run clubs like sports club etc..

Hostel Facilities

5

So after joining the college, you will be given a single room where you have a single bed, a study table, and 2 chairs. you will also have a personal ward room for your luggage, and a good drinking water facility 24/7. There is a mess which is near the hostel where they provide breakfast, lunch snacks, and dinner. with wide varieties. The menu consists of common food for everyone and it will be changed every month. So the overall mess facilities are 9/10. There is no specific registration process for the Hostel because it is a complete residential program, and it is affordable to stay in a hostel compared to outside rooms and flats. So the students should compulsorily choose the hostel only.

Admission

I took a basic degree as there is no criteria for degree. Any basic degree is enough to appear for the exam. After the UG completion the common entrance exm for any MBA college is CAT. So you can write your CAT exam during your final year or after which will happen in november of every year. After 1 month the results will be announced. For my college i,..e IRMA they will accept three exams score. either you can write CAT XAT or CMAT. but before getting results you should apply to IRMA throuugh their official website. After that depending on you score which should be more than or equal to cutoff you will be called for further process. During my time the Cutoff for OBC is 70 percentile and there is no sectional cutoff. if you have score morethan or equal to cutoff you will be called for WAT and after than PI. So as i mentioned there is no corse eligibiluty criteria, the application fee is Rs. 2000 and you can find it in the official website.Every year the exam will happen only once.

Interview Experience

5

So after getting the cutoff percentile, your application gets selected and they will call to give a date to choose for a round called the Written ability test ( WAT) which is offline only. after that, they will schedule a date for a personal interview which is only offline mode and they will give us to choose the location for the interview. Now coming to the WAT it is mostly a picture-based test, they will give us a picture and ask us to write something they will mention in the question which has a 15% weightage. after that, you will be given a gap of 1 week for interview which is based on the all aspects like your Under graduation, and family background your goals, and everything that you have mentioned in your application form. so I recommend to fill your application genuinely so that it will be easy for you to give answers. I prepared for my interview with the help of my seniors who are studying in the college. You should be confident enough while giving your answers no matter it
