Course Curriculum Overview

Good. Practical labs are pretty good. Gautam Buddha University is one of the University in whole India where biotechnology is pursued. There are many as electives like Buddhism etc.

Internships Opportunities

College does not provide internships. We have to go by ourselves and explore for internships. Our internships start from 3rd year onwards.

Placement Experience

Our college provides placements in many companies. MBA course has many placement companies. The package has gone for 15lakhs per annum. The average has gone for 5 lakhs.

College Events

There are many technical events that happen in our college. Nanofilm is one of the largest technical fest happening in all over India. Abhivyanjana is our cultural fest that happens every year. Shauryautsav is our sports fest that happens.

Fee Structure And Facilities

95,000 -academic fees and 30000 for hostel fees. It is really affordable. As it's a deemed university. Here hostel fee is compulsory as its a residential university.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, the college does not provide any scholarships. Only students from Uttar Pradesh can avail the government scholarships. College does not help in getting any loan.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels have single rooms. Mess food is fine. Hostel fee is 25,000, every room is singly occupied with balconies.

Yes, alumni from are the college are doing very good in careers. Alumni helped us in our every development of the college. Alumni also helped us in many situations. They are very interactive. They are really helpful.

Faculty

All faculties are highly qualified. Faculties are very interactive. They help us in every problem we have. We can contact our teachers any time when we need them. Every teacher is qualified with the master's degree.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Lab infrastructure and availability and practical approach
Hygience managed in every block and department
Availability of faculty and easy to approach and contact

Dislikes

Poor management regarding any issue and problem
iCloud app not working properly and full of glitches and bugs
Slow process and management takes a lot of time to do work

Placement Experience:

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

My Engineering College

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Good college for Degrees

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

I liked the professor of college their teaching style and unique approaches
I like the events they keep on launching in college
I like the placement ratio in college and their seriousness to get everyone placed

Girls to boys ratio is very less as compared to other colleges
The environment of college is not too good it's okay okay

The curriculum designed is new latest like we study subjects such as emerging technology digital electronics computer science c , english for job the teacher teaches us using projector visualisation the first mid sem happens after 1 month or opening of college difficulty level is very easy

More industry workshop and seminars can be held to increase exposure.
Encouraging more internship and training opportunities for students.

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

i dislike thing in my collage are the students are not mature.
i dislike thing are in my collage are in this collage student have to wear a uniform.
i my collage there was a big grounds for different games but the game should we inly during and specific program.

i chose this course beacause my ame is to become a dada scientist andit was the best paltformfor me to become data scientist through this cource. i does't thing it require it require any improvement in this cource because it ceated by best brains in india.it require loot of time to complete this cource.

About Gautam Buddha University

Mine is management quota in which no entrance exam is required. But earlier, I chose other course for which we have to give the entrance exam. Application form is available on the GBU's official website. Application fees is not that much. Reservation benefit is also there, management quota is there but not for all the courses, you have to give the entrance exams. Admission process is good but after the 1st year when you go for the hostel allotment then there is no management no proper systems. Every student has to wait for -4-5 hrs. There should be some system and management for the hostel allotments and the admission process....Read More
