Likes

The faculties are very helpful and they teachers from the core
The environment of this college is very well disciplined.
The college organised, and it has friend co-curricular clubs

Dislikes

The students are not allowed to stay in cafeteria after the recess
75% attendance is compulsory. And the student have to attend all the classes.
This university is same as school. Classes are taken line by line. There should be at least one hour recess.

Because I want to study about technology and I thought that Bachelor of computer application will be the best choice for this and I am very glad that I have taken the right decision. We get many facilities such as labs classes, practicals, and many more

My overall experience of this colleges is great . Netaji Subhas University will organise the event called explore. Where many students of different college and university take participate from all overJamshedpur. The university also having clubs such as road track club, which is very beneficial for poor people

Admission

The admission procedure was good enough.The faculty were helpful and have provided us scholarships too. The staff explained every criteria of the college very well. And it was comfortable to communicate to them.

There are two timing shifts of exam morning and afternoon shift , mba students may have 2 exams in one day . The curriculum does not prepares you for real world application's. Need some internships and industrial exposure through college

I don't think that we can get placement from this college. And if students are practicing by their own they can get off campus palcement after 2nd year . 40% of students only get placement or less than that . After getting BCA degree I would like to go for MCA

A good college for a student who is from not so good background.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is offered to students who are in their final year. Capable students can easily crack the placement. A decent package is provided of an average of 2-3 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered is about 7LPA. Many different companies visit the college during the placement period offering a good package. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Wipro, puma, ceat, Flipkart, etc visit the college for placement. At least 70-78% of students get placed and a rapid improvement is seen in the placement graph of the college.

Placements are really good for my department. From Semester 4 th you all are ready to get placed as company visits in an even semester. The companies visited are DeloitteUsi, Capgemini, Tcs, Wipro, EY, and Byjus many more...you just need to be attentive. The highest package till now is 10 lpa and the average is 3 lpa And there are placement coordinators who help you in guidance. Almost 75 to 80 percent gets placed with low to average packages.

Life in NSU

I choosed NSU jamshedpur mainly because of its fees structure. I applied for many colleges but non of them were giving me worth as of NSU. NSU provide s free bus to all students and its fees structure is also very good so that will help me save some money and time.
