THE COLLEGE THAT'S LIKE A SCHOOL

I chose economics as it's a techinal subject not exactly under arts but it helps overall with banking future and business future I wanted to give banking exams or do Mba so i chose this degree so my foundation would be strong enough We are learning basic economics as we're still in the first year but also because we have a lot of extra courses we learn a lot of extra things with it The internals are quite easy and the teachers try to give the most marks and timing is also okayThey give long breaks

I've not yet veen offered any internship as I've just entered 2nd sem so don't really know much about it But as I've heard a lot of companies visit and mostly mba bba and hotel management people get placements and internship opportunities

From 4th sem the people start getting placement opportunities My senior from 6th sem got a 6lakh per annum job from ai academia Ans as I'm still new i don't know much about companiss visiting The avergae is 3-6lakh per annum for my course I'm going to do exams after this so I'm not gonna opt for placement here

I pay 15k per semester for my course which is 30k per year and 2500 exams fees per sem ahich results to 35k per year total fees For the first sem i had to pay 10.5k just because i did my admission early and through a refernce They do provide scholarships but they are state centred but not by the university Some of my friends do avail scholarship

We have one big festival at the end of the year that's called XPLORE that inclues competitions and sports and dj night this lasts 3 days and one is bollywood night where singers are invited last year kanika kapoor was here This year they invited mika singh There's mostly course related books but also some journals and novels not all I've explorrd yet We also have literature, music and rotary Club here Rotary club is the most famous here

I didn't really apply to any other college than this I wanted to go out of city but unfortunately couldn't so i chose this one as it's also affordable and quite a good one in our city The admission process is quite simple U fill a form and u sumbit important documents and it's just done No extra efforts

There's around 5 Averagely faculties per department and it depends on rhe faculty Some are strict some are approachable and understanding There are no specific fav faciulties as I'm still in 2nd sem but yeah there are some faciulties that makes u understand your subject better and some (don't wnana take names) are kinda proud and pick me

We don't have night life here For the hostel people maybe We kind of can say evening time as the day shift ends in 4:30 But other than rhat we don't know as the college is too much on the countryside We're not really suee of safety But the college does provide bus facility for free for students
