Course Curriculum Overview

Its very good. Both practical, as well as theoretical knowledge, is given to us. Lots of research initiatives are taken by our institute in different branches. Currently, I am doing some research under our professor.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, our college provides us internship. It also help us to get an internship at various places. I don't have an idea of the stopped amount.

Placement Experience

Last year(2016) 85% of the students got placed with a very good package. Companies like Amazon, Adobe, TCS, Goldsman sack and no. Of good companies came to our institute.

College Events

Three fest are organized in our institute. One Alma fiesta(cultural fest), Wissenair(technical fest), esummit(entrepreneurship workshops and related to entrepreneur). Footfall of around 50000takes place in our institute.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For general student, per semester fees is nearly 1,29,500. But for category student it is one third of the amount.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I was not given any kind of help or any scholarship as I am a general student. It is generally given to all the category student even if they don't require it.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are single. No, PG'S are not there in our institute. We pay 29,500 for food and hostels.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

All the pass-out students are connected to our institute. Every year some of the pass-out student come to institute and help us.

Faculty

All the faculty have a PhD degrees in their respective fields. Their way of teaching is amazing and they are quite interactive.

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

My college experience

I applied for geophysics and mining in ISM Dhanbad. But I filled my current college and branch above them. Also these branches are not very popular among students but as I didn't scored very well in my JEE advance examination, I had very few choices. To get into an IIT you first need to clear JEE mains cutoff and then clear JEE advance.
