In my opinion

Its that I liked the course very much because I wanted to be in medical field. This college has postings from the very start of the year as soon as we get scrubs the next week we will be assigned for postings which is what increased my interest more in applying this course. The postings as well as the faculty will make sure that you get to experience most of the major day to day hospital scenarios as well as they will be questioning you after every posting to make sure you're attentive and studying from postings as well as theory (class). This course has is difficult only if you are not interested in it otherwise its preety simple as its something which we have to do everyday inside the hospital. It also teaches us how everyone and everything around us matter. From a virus to a patient on ventilator you have a big task to do. Exams are also easy on my side as the teaching is also very good and in first year you have anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, operation theater management.

There is 1 year internship after completing the course for 3 years. The college do not provide placements. During internship you have both day as well as night time duty. There is monthly payment as well.

Every year there will be changes in tuition fee. The cost of my education was Rs 405000 total of college fee only. There is separate fee for hostel where we have to pay Rs 77000 (only hostelers). The college provides scholarships such as NSP etc. This course allows you to be a OT technician, lecturer, CSSD technition , first surgical assistant, OT manager, anaesthetist, anaesthesia practitioner etc. For the above designations you should also complete MSc and in some cases Phd.

There is annual day, sports day, culturals , diwali programs, christmas programs, conferences, farewells and many more competitions. Every month there will be some program. The library is well advanced, you can access a wide variety of books plus there is digital library where you can make ppts if u have some financial issues. The library is well maintained by the librarian who is also very nice, calm and ready to help. Every classroom will have a projector and a chair with a table piece attached to it. The view from the windows is very nice. This department is on 5th floor of the building, so there are both stairs and lift to go up and down. There is lift man in every lift who make sure the lift is working properly and is maintained. There is gym , canteen , for every student. You can also take part in various sports as the college also provides opportunities for students who are interested. There are groups like NSS as well where you can take part.

In hostel room you will have a bed, single cupboard, table and a chair. You have 24 hrs hot water in hostel , and there is place to wash clothes on top. The bathrooms are well maintained and there is strict security system with cameras all around the hostel. The food is also good with nonveg twice a week. There is also a separate app for hostelers where they can order food of the choices provided. Hostel registration is to be done along with college registration and the fees also can be paid together.

The admission was preety simple for me. I applied for the college admission online on the college portal (link). After a month I received a call as well as a message that I got a seat in the college and I have to pay for the same. I went to the visit the college the next day itself to confirm my seat and complete my admission process. The office staff was really nice and they provided me with some information regarding the hostel and college. I paid both hostel and college fees together. You can apply this course only if you have science in 11 and 12 standard. We have 3 sessionals and university exam every year. You have to answer all three sessional exams and from there the best of two will be selected for the internal marks.
