Good Facilities for Mass Media

Our department provides three specialization which is journalism, advertising and animation. As this college was providing animation specialization that why opted for this college Currently I am animation student. This course provides us theory plus practical which is more beneficial for us we get exposure from industry experts who take guest lecturers in which we learn current stuff related to real world . The exams are conducted in 2 terms. Which consists of internals exams and external exams. The exams are very easy and subjects are easy to learn and scoring at the same time.

Companies like ABP Maza, IIDE, Sakaal Media, MT. Educare, come for campus interview in which students are selected and given job roles like taking bytes of person or celebrity, social media handling, video editing, report writing, etc.

Students are eligible to internship from he very first year of the college. For mass media student there are companies like Sakaal media, ABP Maza, MT. Edu Care, Vista Print, IIDE, etc. which come for campus interview and students are selected based on their skills. The package given to students ranges from one lakh rupees to two lakh rupees About 75 percentage of students get placed. After my graduation is completed I wish to become a graphic designer for which our college, department and teachers are providing us with best facilities and knowledge.

Compared to other college the fees over here is reasonable. And the facilities provided are very excellent. Every year fees increases by one thousand or two thousand rupees. The complete cost of my fees will be around seventy thousand rupees which includes fees of all the three years. Exam fees of both the term is compulsory students even get concession on it. There are lot many scholarship benefits available for students. Myself I got scholarship named Neeta Natasha in second year and currently in third year I got scholarship from Leela Sanghvi. It has helped lot many students like me. There are lot many campus interview drive held by the college in which students get internship and job depending on their skills. Stipend differs from 2000 Rs to 8000 Rs. And Job annual salary differs from one lakh rupees to two lakh rupees

There are events like yuva mohatsav, annual day, foundation day, exhibition organised by different departments on different topics, etc are held by the college. Well versed library with many book and journals is there. E books and e journals are also available in which students are given id and password through which they can access online material anywhere, anytime B. A (Mass Media) students are provided with multi-media lab which has facilities like chroma curtain, soft light for photography. There are 5 MAC PC in which editing is thought to us. There are 3 DSLR which are used by students for photography and they cover live events held in the college. There is one GoPro and Cam Coder used to learning video shooting. There is also a computer laboratory which has lot many software like Photoshop, illustrator, 3D's max which is taught to students which helps and prepares them for current trend. There are lot many sports and cultural activities which are held in the college.

Eligibility criteria of the course is 10+2. 12 from any stream science, arts or commerce. There is no entrance exam for this course. We can get admission form from swadhar office in the college campus at ground floor. There are reservation benefits like GOI scholarship available for reserved category students
