Golden opportunities in Thiagarajar College

I choose computer Science course as I have completed Diploma in computer Science. I just have a fear that Mathematics paper will be the toughest subject after coming from Diploma background. But the staffs handling the subjects and their selflessness are really great. We just need to put some effort to clear all papers.

Doing internship is upto our choice. But if a student is interested in doing internship on whatever the field it will be, staffs are more supportive for them to clarify the doubts, help to chose the best internships that will be really really appreciateable.

We don't need to worry about the placements. There are lot of companies visiting Thiagarajar College and there are maximum 98% students got placed in campus placements. We just need cgpa above 6 to 7 that will be enough to get placed in good company with expected salary package. The highest salary package will be around 5 to 6 lpa.

Fees structure are based on the percentage of marks we secure from 12th or Diploma. But it is not too high for anyone. Scholarship are provided according to your caste type which will also be appreciated. We don't need to worry about placements. There are so many companies came to recruit even in corona time.

Apart from studies, there are so many extracurricular activities like chess, tennis, volleyball, basketball, football are also there. Interested students can participate and they are also conducting tournaments within or in other colleges to bring out their talents. All festivals are celebrated with our traditional methods like wearing ethnic costumes, decorating classrooms, playing games, etc. which was truly amazing and appreciateable.

I prefer college hostel for both girls and boys. Registration are just simple process and the no.of persons to share a room will be 4. Rooms are quite spacious and every person have their individual study table, a chair, a table light,a cupboard, a cot, a fan. It's worth for the fee. Food and food court are so good but it is only vegetarian hostel.But they don't have repeated menu that was good.Evening snacks provided are also good.

I applied for Thiagarajar College of Engineering through counseling which takes place in Karaikudi. There was no entrance exams for joining this college. Since I secured more than 93% in Diploma I have got merit seat. So my fees structure has low price compared to others. There are no difficulties during the admission process.
