College Life: Worth To Remember!

this college has given me the most prized people, that is, my friends. It gave me faculties who are just like my family members. The management staff can help you with problems related to fees, forms, and any library issue. The most amazing thing is that the students can directly reach and convey their problems to the director and the vice president of the college. There is no barrier at the top level and low-level hierarchy. This college has given me the best moments of my life, which I am never going to forget. I love it.

I opted for this college because of two vital reasons. Firstly, it was one of the best colleges of engineering. Lastly, it was located in my hometown. I was getting two great things in one go. I had already reviewed about the college from various resources before my admission. And I was sure about the good opportunities that I will be getting in the future.

I was an Information Technology branch student. It also offered Mechanical, Computers, Electronics, Instrumentation, and Civil Engineering courses. It has Management and Master courses as well. The course for computer science engineering and information technology were almost similar. But in the first year, all the students were made to study the same subjects. From the second year, the branches were divided.

My college provides internships and workshops for all the year students. It varies from course to course. But somewhat it lies between Rs.8000- Rs.10000. The training duration varies from 35-45 days, after which an internship experience certificate is awarded to the candidate.

Placements in United Group Of Institutions is quite convincing. Its graph of students getting placed with a bright future is continuously growing up. The job opportunities for graduates as well as postgraduates is number one. Just because of it's good job opportunities for students, it is in the list of top 10 colleges of Uttar Pradesh.

Not only in studies, United is also responsible in making its students overall perfect for every activity! It sponsors varieties of events. Exciting competitions like rangoli, sketching, photography, coding, designing, singing, dancing, are held after every three months. The biggest event "Enigma" which is held in November is the most engaging one. Every year, our college calls one Bollywood artist as a chief guest. It is overall enthralling.

The fee structure is normal, same as any other good engineering college. The students have to pay a total of around four lacs in four years, including the bus(conveyance) charges. Counting everything, the fees is not too much. The college also provides scholarships to the students meeting certain criteria.

Yes, my college provides scholarships to students meeting some criteria. The criteria could be either getting a good score in 12th or if the overall income of the student's family is not more than two lacs, etc.

The campus life of United is cheering. The students with their friends can be observed clicking pics during the interval with the beautiful kinds of flowers on the campus ground. The architecture is remarkable. The gender ratio for boys: girls can be estimated as 4:1. There are workshops of robotics, web designing, marketing held by senior students every month. There are practical labs meant for subjects like chemistry, physics, computers, mechanics, etc. Apart from this, every year in September sports is also conducted by the college, whereby the evening, media people get crowded to take pictures for news.

Not every college provide the hostel facility. Even if some provides it, not every college provides healthy food with a good hostel facility. But United has actually qualities which makes it stand out from the crowd. It has separate hostels for girls, boys, and faculties with undamaged food services. I won't say it provides a five-star food, but ratings can 4 based on the healthiness of food.

Yes, I remember when I was in the first year and whenever I talked to my seniors regarding notes or examinations, they always gave a positive response. That's all that a junior wants from senior-help. I was lucky to have such great seniors in my college. And of-course, it's a rule of nature to reflect back what it gets. In turn, I also helped my juniors whenever they needed me.

I gave the UPSEE 2014 examinations. After the results were out, we had to go for counseling. I selected few colleges. To my surprise, I was allotted the very first one of my choice. I was extremely happy to get a college of my own choice. Later on, the admission process began for college. Processes of filling forms, submitting details and taking oath of not taking ragging were carried out. Finally the classes began from 4th August, 2014.

The faculty of my college can actually be described as "the second family". It is just not the statement, but the truth. They help students like their own children regarding studies. They used to appreciate me as well. The best thing that I admired about them was, they helped other students(whom they didn't teach) whenever the students reached them with their problems.
